PSA Flummoxing - Design Theft, Lying, Manipulation

It's recently come to my attention that @ DipperPines is slandering me and lying about me since I cut them off for this same behavior. I was trying to leave this privately between my friend group and I but I won't tolerate whats happening right now.

Here is a full document with formal evidence of the frequent lying and gaslighting that DipperPines will use to manipulate people.
Also evidence of their past history in design theft.

My friends and I have dealt heavily with this person and their behavior and are opting to keep our more personal matters private, I do not want to engage with this person and at this point I think people should be aware of the behaviors they employ.
I cut contact with DipperPines back in November and we removed them from Charmies a few days before that.

I do not support harassment of this user just form your own thoughts after reading and block if you need.
If you’ve experienced this behavior or have other examples of design theft I’ll leave the comments on. Please don’t post speculative things in the comments without proof. I may add more later if I have the energy to do so.

As a note because I'm seeing people comment on the other bulletin. I made collaborations with DipperPines a lot, I often colored the linework they gave me for adopts. I do not support design theft, please be aware collab designs had my input and were not directly copied like theirs.

This person and I have each other blocked everywhere, so no I could not contact them before making a PSA. I'd already contacted them directly about the behavior prior to this already and they've only doubled down on it.

oh gee i follow them ermm, i should probably unfollow them ?? i cant believe they tried to lie about all this, art & character theft will always comes to light. eurgh ,,

This is super disappointing to see. I own a design they made too and now I'm wondering if it was stolen / copied from someone else. What a huge bummer this whole situation is. I'm sorry to anyone that had to deal with them or had their work ripped off by them. :(

i'm so sorry that you've had to go through all of this, i know it couldn't have been easy to cut off someone like that especially when you were both publicly collaborators during this. i'll admit during the situation in which they were falsely accusing/block evading users in my comments i had become wary of anyone they interacted with, so it's a huge relief to see you standing up to them and i know tons of people are going to appreciate this.

if you need any screenshots of the comments they've removed or deleted for any reason, please let me know! i logged nearly everything they said in reference to me and my mutuals during the situation and i'd be happy to provide them if it's any help to you at all. stay strong!

Oh man i remember this person

I was in their server for a short time but I was kicked during the parker situation because I pointed out a blatant lie they had told (albeit kindly and at the time i assumed they just forgot) about not commenting on bulletins at all recently when they had just gotten into several arguments under the parker one. They Dm'd me a little while later telling me they were going to kick me from their server because I followed their abuser. I asked who it was because I didn't want to follow an abusive person but said they didn't have to disclose it if they didnt want to (which they didnt and thats fine). I was kicked from the server a couple hours later and it left a really weird taste in my mouth
Before then they didnt follow me on TH as far as I can remember and we had never interacted outside of their discord server a couple of time
Me correcting them prompted them to seek out my TH and go through my followers list?? They also could've just been straight up lying about me following their abuser because the list of people who i follow is hidden and I'm fairly certain you couldn't use the bypass where you add /subscriptions to a user's URL anymore

I can provide screenshots of the DMs if needed but I dont think i took any of the convo in the server

I remember this, it was brought up in the mod chat. I didnt see what you had posted to that conversation before dipperpines deleted all of it but Im glad someone pointed that out. they also told us they were removing you because you followed their abuser.

After we had the conversation removing them from charmies they completely hid their TH, deleted bulletins and changed their profile picture, thats the last I saw. The episode thing is new and I do not know when that happened so it couldve been after this but im unsure

ok this is bad and now im quite concerned since a time ago, maybe about 2-3 weeks i bought a design where you are in as designer, this design https://toyhou.se/15433757.hanabi im not sure if dipper "design" it or was you, but im concerned i might be owning a ripped off design from another's person oc?? as well i never really interacted with them but im used to like their designs and put them in fav folders but ughh whyyyy? if you can confirm me this please? because im noticing ur tagged as designer of that design, please and thanks you! hi ty for ur fast response wow! so its not real stolen colors from a character then? that would be such a relief when now i need to be aware of them for this kind of behaviour and i was really concerned to be involved by owning them since i do not support either design thief, but yeah tysm again for ur fast response! ^^
