Making a semi permanent trades bulletin!

Looking for ( In order of preference ):

ART OFFERS: Please name a specific amount, and show examples if we're not mutuals.
CHARACTER OFFERS: Most likely to accept designs made by mutuals. My favorites, for an idea of what I like [ NOT a dreamie list! ]
CUSTOM DESIGNS: Show examples if we're not mutuals.
MONEY OFFERS: Via Paypal. No giftcards / virtual currency / vouchers.
