creator requests

• Please be respectful to me and my followers, free hate and problematic behavior will not be well seen.
• Please don't involve me in any unnecessarily community drama/controversy or ask me to block/blacklist some user I don't know for any subject that made you dislike that person, even more so with very personal events, I will not give opinions or be a judge in situations that's not my responsibility.

general terms

• I reserve the right to mute any user who doesn't respect the creator requests.
• I reserve the right to block any user who i don't fell comfortable to interact anymore.
• I reserve the right to blacklist any user who i don't fell comfortable to interact anymore.
• I reserve the right to refuse commission/trade requests if i don't feel comfortable for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refuse to sell/trade my designs if i don't feel comfortable for any reason.

1. comissionED ARTWORK

  By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully!  

• At the moment I only from digital artwork. You will receive a digital file of the art. No physical copies are included.
• After I finish the initial sketch, I will request the full payment to continue with the project, so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion. 
• If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting [e.g. change pose], I may charge a 25% extra. 
• Commission may take up to 1-3 months after payment. If delays arise, you will be notified. 
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works. 

1.1 artwork use

• Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.
• You can resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
• You can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the art you have purchased, so long as they are for personal use.
• You are welcome to upload you commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.  
• Under NO circumstances should my arts be used in any form of cryptocurrency trading or NFT minting.

1.2 Commission payment method

• All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice.
  
• Payment is due in full upfront for any vallue equal to or below $200 USD.
• I will send you a DM with all the details and you will have 72 hours to complete the payment.
• For amounts greater than $200 USD, payment plans are available! These will depend on the price and your circumstances.
  
• You’ll receive a small resolution drawings for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution after final payment is made.
  

2. designs and adoptables policy

  By owning my designs you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully!  

• All designs by me are commercial rights allowed; credits are required.
• You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit.
• You can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way.
• You can make games/videos/comics/big projects featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are designer credited in a fair and practical way along the other character design credits, not hiding or making it difficult to find the information.

2.1 ofering / bidding

• When offering on my work, be careful to offer an amount that you are comfortable paying.
• I don't work with holds, so for payment plans, always have a small amount with you to make a first deposit to ensure that you are really interested and willing to buy it completely! If it takes 15 days without any down payment and a clear justification from the buyer, your offer will be considered as a lack of interest and the adopt will return to sale.
• Keep good contact! Ghosting/delaying response without notification will cause your offer to be cancelled and the adopt will return to sale.
• If the cancellation of the offer occurs more than once without a clear justification from the buyer, you will be notified and your account will be muted from the next auctions.

2.2 ADOPT payment method

• All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice.
• Payment is due in full upfront for any vallue equal to or below $250 USD
• For upfront offers, I will send you a DM with all the details and you will have 72 hours to complete the payment.
• For amounts greater than $250 USD, payment plans are available! These will depend on the price and your circumstances.
  
• You’ll will receive the full ownership of the character after final payment is made.

2.3 co-owning

• To perform a co-own correctly, create a duplicate profile of the desired character to stay with the person you want to co-ow and keep the original for you!
• To open the character for offers, when exchanging, send the original oc profile to the new owner and delete the duplicate profile.
• I will be available to help with questions, but I will not resolve if any personal disagreement between you and the other person happens, please don't expect an full solution for these cases from me.

2.4 redesigns / edits

• You can redesign the clothes, color pallet, traits and even the species of my adopts!
• You can commission a redesign by another artist.
• You are allowed to edit on top of my artwork, with proper credit toward myself for the original art, and you for the edits!
• Do not commission others to make edits on top of my artwork, even for clothing additions. All top edit work must be free/personal.
• Some of my ocs are POC [People of Color] or/and trans people, and the removal of these characteristics such as top surgery scars or whitewashing are uncomfortable actions for me.
• Please avoid to delete the original adopt art, even if you edit it. I cannot guarantee to have the original file if it is lost.

2.5 reseling / trading

• My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
• Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased.
• Do not calculate a character resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art.
• Designs received in a trade may be resold following the above rule. 
• Do not calculate a trade resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art.
• Designs received as gifts may be resold following the above rules. Please use extreme caution when gifting designs, and be sure that you would not be upset to have a gift be sold.
• Do not calculate a gift value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art.
• When increasing the value of the oc and reselling it, make sure that all commissioned artwork is added to their folder or it's already shared with the new owner.
• Under NO circumstances should my adopts be used in any form of cryptocurrency trading or NFT minting.

blacklist

• I created this list for my own comfort and I thank you for all your respect towards this request.
• Here I also put people who i knew and ended up presenting problems with the TH community that don't necessarily involve me, questions like; misuse of influence, racism, LGBT+phobic or sexist issues, attacks, abuse, threats to other users, among other repeatedly harmful behaviors.
• I will decline any work done by people listed, in the same way that i ask for refrain from sharing my work to them if possible.
• I still try to understand all points of view, in case I made any mistakes or prepositions, don't be afraid to send me a DM to talk about it!
• I ask that regardless of who is on this list, be respectful to people, I don't admire the spread of hate.
