Hey sorry I hope this doesn’t bother you, but I’m a little confused as your global TOS had always said that allowing your designs for comics was allowed? I’m a little worried as I’ve gotten designs from you in the past and I always like to try and make/plan out stories for my characters with hopes of eventually making them comics ;;
Stories/comics/videos with a personal development to post on the internet and share with friends and followers are completely ok!
The problem would be with the comics/videos/merch being made with the goal of selling unlimited quantities, usually done by companies that want to make the most profit, and I'm still not good with contracts that big xD
Ah okay got it!!! So me posting my little stories online even if I ask for payment should be fine? As long as I’m not going through a major company or whatever, it’s just me working alone? Yea! they will pay for your work and effort regardless of the design!
And thank you so much for your concern! I only posted this TOS because there were a lot of people who didn't care about my note and warnings, even though I alerted them more than once ;o;
