The problem would be with the comics/videos/merch being made with the goal of selling unlimited quantities, usually done by companies that want to make the most profit, and I'm still not good with contracts that big xD
Ah okay got it!!! So me posting my little stories online even if I ask for payment should be fine? As long as I’m not going through a major company or whatever, it’s just me working alone? Yea! they will pay for your work and effort regardless of the design!
And thank you so much for your concern! I only posted this TOS because there were a lot of people who didn't care about my note and warnings, even though I alerted them more than once ;o;
