For any design created by me

• I do not care what you do with the character.  If you want to make them NSFW?  Go for it.  Want to make them problematic in some way?  You do you boo.  Once they leave my hands I do not control their use in anyway.  If you don't actively use the character I will not go out and try to take them back.
• If you want to sell them I would love to know, you aren’t required at all, but I may like to buy them back.

For designs that were sold

• Do not resell the design for more than you paid for unless more art has been added to the character.  My designs are not made for you to make a profit, they are made to be used as a character.

For designs that were traded

• You may sell designs that were traded.

For designs that were free/given as a gift

• Do not sell or trade unless new art has been added.
• If no longer wanted either give them as a gift to someone else or send back to me.  Disregard this rule if more art has been added to the character.
