he still retains feeling but if anything the areas where his hands got scarring in experience *more* sensitivity especially when it comes to temperature i'd say. his gloves are temperature resistant as such to try and curb too much pain but occasionally he'll get some one way or another :,) thankfully he has very little issues with mobility though, they're just fine there in most cases :,)
