Hello everyone. My paypal has been used by this artist and i've so far paid their debts for them. They currently owe me a huge amount of money and I still have my paypal in debt due to not being able to pay for them. If you transacted with my paypal going by yanthemoonchild, please dm if you'd like to know the artist's (LTOz / LieutenantOzGood)'s personal information. Please help, expose this artist to others because they also owe local clients a huge amount. I'm sorry to everyone who got scammed.

But I have long since filed a claim and received my money back. I don’t know if they found another kind person like you to scam into using their PP account, but I am so so sorry you’re going through all of this. You are more than welcome to use my screenshots as well to add to your long list…
Well. Fuck. I sent them $70 for a comm back on June 24th and just remembered and checked in. I don't believe I sent money to your paypal, though. So now I wonder if they'd used their own or another person's account.
Yes, I believe they keep using another person's account. Just a small update regarding this issue, Geane Josef / LieutenantOzGood lives in the Philippines, and we do plan on filing a complaint against her. (i live in the philippines and maintain a contact with her family). Sadly her family is not very cooperative with this matter and victims of this scam still continue to open up. As much as I want to file a complaint though, it seems less likely considering how I don't have the funds nor the support for it irl, and other local clients may be scared to do so. But as much as possible, I want to share this issue all over so that everyone is aware, because her debt is around more than $400 - $500, including the local clients and other foreign clients who got scammed. I even encountered someone on twt who got scammed by LTOZ TWO YEARS AGO. And has not received a refund to this day.
This artist continues to deny that they are scamming people, and makes promises of paying back what they owe. But I have no hopes for that now ._.
