Well. Fuck. I sent them $70 for a comm back on June 24th and just remembered and checked in. I don't believe I sent money to your paypal, though. So now I wonder if they'd used their own or another person's account.
Yes, I believe they keep using another person's account. Just a small update regarding this issue, Geane Josef / LieutenantOzGood lives in the Philippines, and we do plan on filing a complaint against her. (i live in the philippines and maintain a contact with her family). Sadly her family is not very cooperative with this matter and victims of this scam still continue to open up. As much as I want to file a complaint though, it seems less likely considering how I don't have the funds nor the support for it irl, and other local clients may be scared to do so. But as much as possible, I want to share this issue all over so that everyone is aware, because her debt is around more than $400 - $500, including the local clients and other foreign clients who got scammed. I even encountered someone on twt who got scammed by LTOZ TWO YEARS AGO. And has not received a refund to this day.
This artist continues to deny that they are scamming people, and makes promises of paying back what they owe. But I have no hopes for that now ._.
