It can be the pride of their family, job, identity, or experience. The bracelet represents what honorifics you use, rings represent your sexuality, and earrings represent your relationship status.
Earrings - relationship status - Upper Helix: "Together with one self" AKA I'm single and not looking for a relationship thanks - Single piercing on the earlobe: in a relationship - Two piercings on the earlobe mean you're married. The earrings match your spouse.
