oh hi!! the current background is set to adjust to the whole screen, that's why it gets zoomed in case you add a smaller image!
what do you want to do exactly so i can help you? is it a single image, or a pattern?

then you can just change the background section to be just
background: url(URL);
without the
no-repeat fixed; background-size: cover
and that should probably solve the issue!
