mainly it's the fact that I've had her for 11 years (so since I was about 10) ^^
and I draw like a maniac and often end up drawing anywhere from 10-20 pictures of her a day ovo
mostly it's just that I've had her for so long and I've been drawing her for so long that it all accumulated! In fact the total on here is only maybe half of her actual art count! I have so much traditional art form high school that it's actually frankly ridiculous, it's all in boxes waiting for me to cut out and photograph :3
also commissioning artwork a lot too! her main page is all art done by other people, either through gifts, trades, or commissions. so all in all it's just a lot of resources (time, money, ect) a lot of her art was purchased on pet sites for virtual currency or items.
mostly I pay people TBH i don't do trades quite as often. I've spent at least 5k USD, maybe more on this character since I got my job a year and a half ago.
art trades are a two way street, if you don't get yours done no one will trade with you tbh. I mean I would be really upset if I did a trade with someone and they just never did the art if that's what you meant by that?
also it's an art type thing too, I know you mostly work with bases, and that's another thing, most people wouldn't want a base art drawing in a trade unless they were using a base too.
(and of course like no offense or anything, I enjoy working with bases myself a lot :0)
