most of the elements in the background were hand drawn, and only a few graphics were generated in the editing software (lines/checkered patterns, and circles) I mainly use Vegas Pro to edit with a few plug-ins (NewBlue and Sapphire) I used an effect from Sapphire called WarpBubble to make the animated wavy lines, everything else was animated manually using keyframes you can check this lil tutorial I made uhh 5 years ago?? (still works xD) https://youtu.be/QO6cg6HPBLw I explain a bit the process of making these kind of graphics for the backgrounds I mostly get inspiration from Motion Graphics MVs to get ideas! so I recommend to check that out if you're interested in this kind of style :3
