of course !! I made a lil tutorial some time ago much basically, I use this one brush! it's just my default watercolor brush with the Bumpy texture and for the detailing process, instead of drawing the shape of the cloud with white and then adding shadows, I go from dark to light I lower the opacity to draw the base of the cloud, and then define the shape and details of the cloud manually according to the direction of the light ^^
