i'm glad you like it!! you have to go to this page and copy the code for the flag you want, then replace one of the existing flags here:
(the section highlighted is what you need to replace for one flag. the line below it is the same, it's just another flag)
then you need to change the "div" at the beginning and end to "span" to prevent the link from breaking.
also, someone has made a hetero ally flag here :] if you want to make a custom flag that no-one else has already made, you would have to recode the background-image property yourself, which can involve some pretty complicated math for unique shapes.
