AND YES! I could totally see that as Caelestis's view on the situation. It especially feels kind of like his feelings towards Envy at that halfway mark, where it's all like talking about the doppelgangers being the reason for it, and all? and the general vibe of him wanting to love NV and wanting them to see things differently
