I plan to offer worldwide shipping via DHL! although I can't yet confirm if shipping to Russia is available, as I haven't set up anything yet I might be able to implement more shipping services in the future, but for now that's the best option I have available
You'll most likely need an intermediary from a CIS country or someone you know to arrange delivery to Russia. As for payment, I strongly advise you to open an online bank account in a country like Kazakhstan, and use it to make purchases abroad. I was actually planning to set up an account abroad just the other day, so I know a little bit about this topic :D
