What a wonderfully realized and well thought out character! Agnes' design is really charming and lovely, while her personality, her backstory, even the little tidbits in her trivia are wonderfully fleshed out! The idea of her being a post woman too is a fun concept! Taking a mundane sounding job like that and adding a little flavor to it is really lovely!
