I kind of hate it when people draw "human characters as animals" fanart but they always just do a bunch of super basic animals like cats, dogs and wolves and crap, like, you could draw them as something really interesting that shows their personality well in a unique way, but instead they always do that and then there's a million "[Character] as a dog!" fanarts and it gets so old. (Hopefully this makes sense)

⬆ I completely understand what you mean. The most recent example I can think of is how I interpreted Sebastian from Stardew Valley as a bat, rather than how everyone sees him as this "lone wolf" type guy. Like, okay, that's your interpretation I guess, but I find it very generic - especially with how his storyline plays out, the way he lives, his personality, etc. There's way more animals you can compare them as rather than the basic feline and canine.

Jokes aside I’m still mad at Google for getting rid of Classic Sites. Now I have to code my own stuff and it’s gaaaah, I hate coding so much. The new sites is just bland and too minimalistic. In general I hate this whole trend that companies have of making everything sleek and modern, it’s just so boring and soulless to me. I’d take classic sites over new sites any day. And y’know, if they were going to add new sites they also could’ve just kept classic sites around, I literally see no reason why they had to get rid of it.

Shakes my fist @ my art style, what ever happened to my semi-realism horror art phase... my art style as is conflicts greatly with the fact that i like drawing gore 😭 I feel too guilty to even draw it half the time since I'm worried it'll catch people off guard. One of my friends who even knows I draw gore forgot I do and assumed I don't because it's it's cutesy </3 I feel like I complain about this so often but that's bcs its something I think of a lot LMAOO anyways related but separate complaint is that I hate how the cutesy gore (pink + hearts n shit) is associated with 'yandere' bs... time to reclaim cute pink hearts and gore from the yandere fans and using it for my own personal agenda of women with knives who kill you bcs they're in a silly goofy mood and are earnestly enjoying themselves with it
