Shipping.
I only support canon ships nowadays. In most fandoms I've been in the ships have been super problematic and gross, for example a 30 year age gap or a character shipped with a father figure.

My fandom pet peeves are when people ship their characters with the canon characters. I don't know, it's just weird. But that's just me.
Please don't get too negative here.
Oh boy. It's a big fucking pet peeve but when people think Asian people or people with dark skin need to be DARKER. Apparently being Japanese or Korean is not good enough, you need to be visibly dark to be considered POC. Like I'm not in the Detroit Become Human fandom but when I see people draw Markus 5 shades darker than he is it peeves me so much because He's Based On A Real Person With A Real Skin Color. As someone who isn't white but isn't black (I'm brown) it feels so racist to basically tell someone they're not black enough.
I don't like that I have to be scared about telling people I like something, especially Hazbin Hotel. Just because I like it doesn't mean I'm suddenly a racist and homophobic piece of trash and that I blindly support whoever helped made the show, honestly I could care less for who made it and I could care less if the characters are all morally wrong. I think the show looks really nice and the character designs are really good, I don't think the offensive humor is overly funny or that all the characters are sweet precious babies who never did a single wrong thing in their life or afterlife.
Liking something DOES NOT EQUAL supporting everything about it, and people seem to have a hard time seeing that.
-irl shipping going too overboard. personally, as someone who enjoys kpop, i think irl shipping is cute as long as it stays respectful! but when people sexualize the ships or stay “_____ can’t be straight because” and trying to force a gay agenda on them, it makes me uncomfortable and i’m sure it would make the group members uncomfortable too. they are their own people and can make decisions about their preferences for themselves, and it’s not anyone’s business to know them either.
-also, stan wars. trivial opinions don’t need to turn into full-blown drama.
I'm a causal fandom (k-pop and hidden fan) person but damn, do sasaeng a little to obsessive and need to get off the internet or need to think of themselves because what there doing is obsessive over a person, who just wants some space. Like seriously?
-I really don't mind if people think that hate k-pop for any reason. I respect it as long as there not doing harm or witch hunting the group, I'm fine with it
People who ignore and even block me for no damn reason. Like.. why? This makes me pretty uncomfortable and kinda sad. Seems like I did something to piss ya off without even knowing
People laughed me off of google plus when it was alive because I liked the character everyone hates. So I don’t hate people for their choice in character, I do it based on if they do some freaky shit.

when person A force gay sexual orientation on straight characters saying "this character would work better if they were gay" and that is all ok and totally reasonable no matter how in some situations it is stupid but if person B says that a gay character would probably work better if they were straight it is end of the world, total discrimination and person B should go think about themselves into the corner.

like, can we hecking respect the character sexuality and stop saying straight characters are LGBT and LGBT characters are straight, i am sure the character's creater knows better than bunch of kids on the internet but ok
i always wonder how would people who do this react if someone took their character and changed their sexuality coz they "feel like the character would work better" like that.
