[OPEN BETA???] Human.net 😈

There has been a nice response, the poll is still running but I am working on turning this into the introduction page!
As always, any thoughts / suggestions / help would be greatly appreciated!
(I wil try my best to respond to all messages.)

Human.net is a secret server for monsters (and sometimes humans pretending to be monsters) to meet other members of their kind and talk about their experiences as they try to blend in with society.
With very little lore and care taken to preserve immersion, Human.net is designed to be comfortable and accessible to all kinds of roleplayers.
All ages and skill levels are welcome!

WHAT TO EXPECT: GETTING STARTED

• Joining the server will give you immediate access to all of the OOC channels. From here you can read the rules, introduce yourself and plan your character before beginning the roleplay.
• Agreeing to the OCC rules will begin the RP, you are given access to the IC rules and a special character creation role.
• Once you agree to the IC rules, the character creation role will be stripped to prevent further edits to your character.
• Congratulations, you are now a member of human.net! All general channels are open to you.
• Based on the roles you selected you may have access to species only hangouts, here you can talk about things those other monsters just wouldn't understand.

WHAT TO EXPECT: PLAYING A HUMAN

• Announcing that you are human immediately will have you sent back to OOC limbo. Human.net is a place for non-humans, silly~
• Humans are expected to blend in well if they plan on staying, try not to raise suspicion. You may be challenged by suspicious members on your credibility.
• The server owner is a big fan of humans. If you are discovered you may be allowed to stay but you will be unable to join Hangouts.
• You will gain access to a special human hangout though. Please feel free to talk whatever weird human stuff you want there.
• Maybe you're an exceptional human, an ally, a friend. If you can win the favor of one of these groups they might make you an honorary member and allow you into their hangout!

WHAT TO EXPECT: RE-ROLLING A CHARACTER

For the sake of balancing, the character creation screen can only be accessed temporarily with a special role.
(This is to prevent people from changing their roles anytime and gaining access to any Hangout they choose)
If you would like to re-roll your character you can:-

• Mention it in OOC, a mod can re-instate this special role to you allowing you to change your character. (May be able to implement a bot with a command timer so there is no waiting around for a mod)
• IC you can threaten to reveal or destroy the server in front of the server owner, this is the golden rule and will send you back to OOC limbo.
• As mentioned before, immediately state that you are a human (lmao, please don't do this why?)

• OOC chat so people can share RL stuff as well as suggestions and ask for RP help.
• The OOC chat can be hidden completely as to not ruin immersion.

QUICK RULES & REQUIREMENTS

• New and seasoned roleplayers welcome, any writing style is fine!
• Your character must fit in with the lore, simply they must either be a demon with Discord (or a human pretending to be a demon with Discord)
• Minors (-18) are not allowed to RP Incubi or Succubi characters for obvious reasons.
• Oh yeah, you should probably also have a Discord account too...
