Perhaps you fell in love with that design when you first saw it, but you still haven't found a place for it after months of searching and need to let it go. Maybe you designed something years ago that really isn't as great for you as you thought it was. Or maybe you just really need to clean out some space in your folders! No matter what the case, you want that character moved out to someone who can love them more. That's where this thread might come in handy!
Rules
- You may not resell or trade anything that you receive for free from this thread.
- Freebies only in this thread- that includes first come first serve (fcfs), write to adopt (wta), draw to adopt (dta) raffles and more.
- You may not conduct or advertise sales or trades in this thread.
- DTA art must be of the character that is being given away! You cannot ask someone to draw your personal characters in exchange for a "freebie". That is an art trade, and it is not allowed here.
- The person giving the freebies has the final say on who gets it- do not harass them or complain if you don't like their choice.
- Mass Claimers- please be considerate of others. If you have hundreds of unnamed characters with blank bios, give someone else a chance!

sleepipillow could i take her in? i think that her personality and colour palette would fit in nicely with all my other characters! i also really like her simple design, and i can see her going well with one of my characters! thanks for considering too!

I’m confused I’ve seen some DTAs on here and... Aren’t you supposed to draw the DTA character in a DTA?? Did that change in the years I passed away from the adopt community?? Is it just a DeviantArt thing and toyhouse DtAs are different?? I’m confused as to why they’re considered freebies if you have to make art of other characters as you would in regular trades
I think a DTA is considered more of a trade if your drawing another character, but it's a common mistake in this thread and I don't think we should do anything too major about it other than informing the said person or people.
Yeah I don’t think it’s necessarily an horrible mistake but... I miss the kind of DTAs I remember? Those were super fun... I might hold old fashioned dtas of some freebs I don’t really like/use anymore at some point bc this being the kind of dta known is an outrage & everybody deserves to experience a regular dta ok
FuuMiku one last question and we can stop spamming this thread with chats ahaha, what do you consider a regular DTA? You mean the ones where you draw the character you want? I adore all DTA's, I'm a very happy artist who loves to participate in every DTA (if I mean to use them) :)

(Linking the discussion board here so the bin isn't too clogged up with non freebie stuff, but I also believe that a DTA where you have to draw the owner's other character(s) to obtain said freebie is more of a trade. If the DTA involves drawing the character you could win, then that's more of a freebie I believe.)
