Now that some of us have a number of pieces of literature on Toyhouse, it would be lovely to have sorting options in our libraries!
There could be a drop-down for viewers to choose from like character folders have, to sort literature by: most/least words, favorites, comments, maybe # of characters tagged?, alphabetical, oldest/newest. (If anyone else can think of other sorting options that would be useful, please comment with your ideas!)
Maybe authors could set a default sorting option, too.
Folders would also be useful, to be able to sort your literature by setting, characters, genre, whatever's useful to the individual author.

Honestly, i love the addition of literature here. Its helped me alot to share my stories with my betas before they're properly finished. Its a little frustrating i can't keep the literatures in with my characters folder, but a simple link to it is fine. The linear layout of the chapters is really nice... but when you have a long story, the chapters displayed really only go as far as being an ARC or a single PART, and then you have more links to make to multiple books that are really just the same story. I've just been grouping and compacting chapters into single chapter tabs, but, i don't think my collabers really like it that way, because then its harder to find multiple chapters in a single tab unless i use spoiler toggles. Which is an option. Its just a little more difficult to read on mobile? That is if you've got a tiny screen i guess. *shrug*
Oh, and maybe a previous chapter button might be good too. We only have a next button. Anyways though, i really like this place!

I'd love to be able to more clearly seperate up the lit from my different universes, and to seperate my joke posts from my more serious ones :0
edit: also maybe the ability to sort lit with tags? That way maybe there could be more of a search function with all the lit on the site. Also I think the ability to isolate graphic/18+ lits or certain tags from your search could be handy too

Especially because of the way I use the literature function - not just for short or long stories but I set them to private and use them for notes, outlines, character details, unfinished profiles and bios, etc. I find them very convenient for this as they're on the site, but I would like to be able to sort them into folders so I can easily access finished stories vs notes vs rough drafts without having to scroll so much (esp on mobile)
