"Master, this way."
"Yeah, yeah, I got it. Ain't my first time, you know."
Looking like he just rolled out of bed, Palmer Alcion yawns enormously, barely covering it up with his hand as the golem ahead of him pauses, briefly, to allow him to do so. Statuesque and beautiful, Asuen is very distinct from the groggy-looking man who calls himself his meister. Nevertheless, Palmer's clothes aren't streaked with dust and dirt as they are wont to be from his researching, and he doesn't look too unkempt (all things considered).
Asuen's wings ruffle softly and he turns back toward the house. He, who roams the streets observes from street corners had naturally come into the knowledge that the doors would be open to Miss Lavinia Qequa's home today. And, rather than watch as Palmer obsessed over the newest golem he was trying to craft, it would do him well to get out and socialise. Asuen cocks his head, and one of the wings that covers an eye lifts so that he can gaze up toward nearby rooftops. Birds are singing, though a few return his attention excitedly, lightly bouncing in place with trills. Asuen doesn't smile, but there's a reserved pleasure that softens his inscrutable expression as he continues to lead the Meister behind him along.
When they enter, it's not noisily. Asuen's head cocks, looking at Mephius (though it's hard to tell he's doing so, with those wings in the way), his long hair sliding off of one shoulder. He nods, an acknowledgement of a fellow golem, before addressing Lala with a low, "Madam," as greeting.
Palmer, however. "Thank the gods, you've coffee." He's already starting to beeline toward it, waving a hand jauntily as he goes, though the tone of his voice speaks of warm respect more than his attitude belies. "One cup wasn't enough at all this morning. Give me a few moments and I'll be back." For a chat, naturally, between two older Meisters (though he's not old! he would argue, with varied results).
Asuen stands in place, watching him half-shuffle, half-stumble off. His wings ruffle again, feathers sorting themselves before tucking back about his body. Taciturn by nature and not an expert at being sociable (even though he often finds himself encouraging Palmer to be so), there's a hesitance as he looks here and there. Food he's unaccustomed to gets his interest and a thought of I wonder how to make that, but the courtyard much more so. Well. May he walk among the flowers a while?
Kame with his three golems, enters the bustling city where vendors shout across to attract customers to buy their fresh produce, old pirates trying to haggle for some cheap beer, and kids running down the sandy roads leaving dust flying into Kame’s face. Normally Kame wouldn’t even come into the city and just have Nuriel and Gwen go in and buy ingredients, but today Kame needed to get Citron a job. Citron was Kame's new Golem and Kame made sure to throw him into working as soon as possible so he doesn't incur debt. So Kame decided to visit Lala's Parlor to see if she had some information on who's willing to hire his brand new Tronmate.
Alongside Kame, to his dismay, was Nuriel and Gwen. Since Nuriel continued to whine and thrash around his snow; who knows what’ll happen to the house when Kame got back. And he couldn’t leave Gwen on her own plus she likes the city anyways. So here we have Gwen being carried by Citron on his shoulder and Nuriel floating along on his snow cloud heading towards Lala’s.
Not being used to going into the city as often, Kame starts feeling a tense ache inside him telling him to go faster to his destination so he can get away from the crowd. As Citron walks beside Kame, he can see the urgency in Kame’s face and starts to walk in front with a loud demeanor so no one can get in their way.
“Thanks, Citron, “ he lets out a relieving sigh. You wouldn’t think Kame would still be this timid from all the trading with Meisters, but it’s crowds of people that gets Kame into a tense state. Kame sucks it up and hurries along the road and feels alot better when he finally see’s the doors to the Parlor.
-----
The door creaks open and inside Kame feels the warmth from the ovens, which baked the yummy delights that he always sends Gwen to bring back for him. Kame starts to walk towards Lala and ignores the gruff patron that was drinking his coffee like it was beer. He stops in front of her table and nods a greeting, “Good Morning, Lala, It been awhile since I last stopped by,” Kame’s face was apologetic, “My reason for stopping by was to get this little one,” he brings Citron in front of him and pets Citron's head, “ a job and I was wondering if you know anyone that was hiring.”
((OOC: Ahh this is fun and looking forward to what will become of this. I hope my writing isn't boring >~< I'm not used to this haha. But yay ! ))
Gwen found the dark soldier by the door intimidating and handsome which made her lightly pull on Citron's hair, which made Citron let out an instinctive squeak even if it didn’t bother him slightly, "Ah! Sorry about that Citron!"
"Hey, Nuriel, look at him, doesn't he look scary," she whispered, but Nuriel didn’t care as he was already concentrating on the sweets in the parlor. She looked around and also saw a feathered fellow whose face was hidden. "How pretty," she thought and how she wanted to feel those wings. Then she saw a fimilar face.
Gwen jumped down from Citron’s shoulder and scampered to Lala to greet her, “Good Morning, Madam Lala.” tugging at her skirt, she pointed towards Citron,”I’ve got a younger brother now. Although, he acts way older than Nuriel”
