Air Tribe Appearance
Clothing
The Air tribe uses gold, metal, titanium and high-quality fabric as the main resources for their clothing. While they don't have any color restrictions, the most common seen colors among the Air tribe are blue, red, green and purple, combined with either gold metal or fine golden threads woven into the fabric. Besides members of the Air force, Calamies of the Air tribe do not execute a lot of physical work, which is why they can chose what they wear just as they like. It is also not uncommon for them to give their clothes some accents with golden or metallic parts.
Accessoires
Calamies of the Air tribe like to wear jewellery made out of valuable metals such as gold, silver and titanium, often combined with gemstones. As most members of the Air tribe have a decent income, they can afford to buy all these things from tradespeople of the Forest- and Sea tribe.
Restrictions
The Air tribe's members do not have any restrictions when it comes to their clothing, nor do they look down upon any clothing style. However, they do consider walking around with torn clothes as grotty, as long as someone's not a kid of craftsperson.
Forest Tribe Appearance
Clothing
The Forest tribe uses metal, steel and leather as the main resources for their clothing. They prefer neutral earthy tones, which represent the colors and shades of the forest. Because most Calamies of the Forest tribe are craftspeople, they prefer simple and useful clothing - meaning they avoid implementing too many accessoires in their clothing and hanging down pieces of fabric. As they don't have too much access to fabric and it usually tears too easily, they mainly use leather and only come back to fabric if necessary.
Accessoires
Because many accessoires would get in their way too easily, Calamies of the Forest tribe only wear accessoires such as necklaces, when they were gifted to them from someone they deeply care about. If they include accessoires into their clothing (such as rings, necklaces etc.), it's usually made out of steel or metal, as they a shatter-proof resources they easily have access too.
Restrictions
While it isn't officially forbidden, most Calamies of the Forest tribe avoid using red shades for their clothing, as they simply connect it with the trauma they went through because of the Fire tribe.
Because gold is a very rare resource for them and they usually trade it for other goods with the Air- and Sea tribe, the Forest tribe does not have the luxury to include gold into their clothing.
Sea Tribe Appearance
Clothing
The Sea tribe uses high-quality silk, linen and silver as the main resources for their clothing. They prefer using cool colorings such as turquoise, blue-ish green or purple, but also white and any shade of blue. Their clothing style can be perfectly described as elegant, meaning they also like to have certain parts of their clothing to have an additional piece of fabric hanging down, and their clothing is usually rather loose. In addition, Calamies of the Sea tribe like to include transparent pieces of fabric into their clothing.
Accessoires
Members of the Sea tribe like to wear jewellery made out of silver and gemstones as accessoires. The most common gemstones they use are rock crystals, rose quartz, goldstone, aventurine and fluorite. Other gemstones which are more rare are amethysts, emeralds, malachite and sapphires. However, those gemstones are usually worn by Calamies in a higher position, for example by the elders of the Sea tribe.
Besides jewellery crafted out of silver, they are often seen wearing necklaces or bracelets made out of pearls.
Restrictions
For Calamies of the Sea tribe, it is strictly forbidden to wear leather or fur. It is against their ethnicity to wear any of that, as they believe that anything that does not live in the waters is impure and shouldn't be used for their uses, just like they believe that one must only feed on animals that live in the water.
Another thing that isn't forbidden, but not commonly seen either, is wearing gold, as the Sea tribe does not see any value in it.
Fire Tribe Appearance
Clothing
The Fire tribe uses leather and metal as the main resources for their clothing. As leather and metal already have their own natural hues, their color choice is very limited. If they include other materials in their clothing, however, they like to use shades of red, brown and orange. Fire tribe members are proud of their battle scars, which is why they often tend to cover the necessary parts of their bodies only.
Accessoires
For members of the Fire tribe, their trademark is to wear metal chains and several rings of their fingers. While they also funtion as an identifying feature among them, they can also function as provisional weapons, whenever they don't carry their weaponry with them. Sometimes, they even wear a necklace with feathers of other Calamies they defeated in battle.
Restrictions
Being rebellious fighters, Calamies of the Fire tribe do not care about restricting what other members may or may not wear. Their clothing is only a means to an end and its only purpose is to protect their bodies from severe injuries and to impress their enemies. Many Fire tribe Calamies, however, refuse to wear anything blue, as for them blue is the color of the Air tribe and with that the color of the enemy.
