Stardragon TOS (Last Updated: 4/10/2017)

1. Designs may be altered after purchase. Acceptable edits include: Hairstyle, colours, patterns, clothing, sex, body type and name.
2. You do not have to follow the lore for my(Deletethestars) species. It's only there for the people who enjoy it. (Rule does not apply to StarDragon related RP forums unless the forum specifies otherwise)
3. Designs may NOT be sold for more than they were originally purchased for, unless there is additional art to compensate. Do NOT auction off designs with the intent of adding more artwork at certain price breaks. Deletethestars/Raptorslut designs are not to be used to turn a profit.
4. Recolours and edits made for the sake of having multiple characters or twins are NOT allowed. If you obtained recolours from me, please chose ONE design to sell and then purge the other files.
5. Buying any of my designs, be it from Deletethestars/Raptorslut directly or as a resell from a previous buyer, means you agree to the TOS.
6. You may sell Deletethestars/Raptorslut designs you got in a trade. You must sell it for its original price however. If you do not know the designs original price, feel free to contact Deletethestars or Cloneclone(edited) 
7. You may add the price of your own art to the price of the design if you've drawn art for that design and sell said design. Do not raise the price of your art for the sole purpose of making more money off the design however. Trust me. We find out. It's happened a few times. We find out.
8. You're free to make your own recolors. However when selling the design, you must delete the recolored original base. > Further explanation: I understand this one sounds odd, because you may have art done with the new colors. The reason for deleting the recolored original bases is because those can be passed as my original designs, and as the past has proven, people can separate the two bases and sell them separate.
9. If you get a premade legendary(rare/uncommon) design, you can switch that legendary(rare/uncommon) with something else, but you may not add multiple traits.
   1. Further explanation: You cannot give your premade legendary design that has wings, ANOTHER legendary trait. You have to switch the one legendary trait with another legendary trait. 
10. Commercial use of Stardragons is prohibited. You may not make merchandise depicting your Stardragon with the intent to sell without written permission from deletethestars or raptorslut This includes but is not limited to: Prints, Posters, Keychains, Jewelry, Calendars, Apparel, Mugs, etc.

1. MYO's may not be sold for more than their original purchase price, unless, as stated above, the MYO has been already designed and comes with additional art. >You bought a MYO spot for 35$. You have not designed the MYO yet, and just have a blank spot. You can ONLY SELL it for the amount you paid for that spot >You bought a MYO spot for 35$. You have designed your MYO, and you got art of that MYO design for 15$. You can sell that designed MYO for the original price (35$) PLUS the additional art price (15$) for 50$.
2. You cannot do a complete overhaul once a MYO is submitted, accepted, and put up on the MYO group. Minor edits are allowed, but no complete overhaul.
3. If you get a legendary spot, you can put on rares, uncommons, and commons. If you get an rare spot, you can put on uncommons and commons. If you get an uncommon, you can put on commons.
4. If you get a uncommon spot, you CANNOT put a rare or legendary on it. You can only go down tiers, not up tiers.
5. If you get a rare spot, you can put unlimited rares. (The same goes for other rarity tiers)
