Is there variation amongst the loot? Are they a boss character that drops rare loot, or a mob character that drops common loot? Let me know!
I'll go first – Lucid would drop black teeth (common) and sometimes those big yellow smiley face stickers (uncommon).

Lol I love this. She'd definitely be a boss given that she's the demigoddess of the arts and all. As opposed to dying, she would simply join the player's party as a pretty op character.

Broken Blade [UNCOMMON] - "The blade of a Manticore. Used to craft multiple weapons."
Dog Tears [UNCOMMON] (Empty bottle needed) - "Looks like the poor guy's been crying a lot. Required for the Quest 'No Sympathy'."
Manticore Tooth [RARE] (Wearable) - "How'd you get this? Used as a charm to decrease damage taken by fire spells."
Little Pink Flower [RARE] (Wearable) - "Looks like he's been guarding it... not sure why though. Used as a charm to increase damage when using floral spells."
Aqua Wings [LEGENDARY] - "Wings that couldn't fly. Used to craft the Legendary Paraglider."
Also I think Trent would be the Gatekeeper to the Mountains, but if you don't fight him he'll cut off some of his fur so you can still craft the Winter Jacket. The Dog Tears would be similar where if you return to the Gate, Trent would be crying and you can ask him to give you some tears. He'll agree, and if you comfort him he'll give you the Little Pink Flower. Just a lil thought lol
Firecat would prob be the fire-type boss, would be a medium difficulty and would drop:
5x Fireball (common)
1x Orange Sweater (rare)
Ray would be a boss character that you would encounter after defeating all his pirate underlings.
1x Hammer that can summon lightning... is he a Thor wannabe?? (Legendary)
1x Ray's bandana (Rare)
64x BEER (common)
32x Candy that he bought for his little brother... how dare you, you monster (common)

Logan would be the kind of boss that wanders around some kind of loot chest in the same room or it'd be one of those fights where theres two bosses that fight at once -- but would you really want to fight him?

x1 Crown of Royalty .... "Upon examination, it appears very real. How could he have possibly had this? Oh well, its yours now! It's probably worth a fortune!"
