wormancer thank you so much for the suggestion! i am definitely using Austin, and actually had more fun with the naming process by making his name an acrostic! since flower-magic mentioned a preference for him being from oregon, his name's gonna be austin j. o. s. h. u. a. johnson, the joshua will be a mash of a bunch of other names, which are gonna consist of james owen samson hector uri andres ! so altogether austin james owen samson hector uri andres johnson!
xRinnychyan when I look at your beautiful purple mermaid, a few different names came to mind; Lavender, Delphine, and Nerida! Lavender comes from her color, Delphine actually means dolphin but it's an elegant aquatic name, and Nerida is a reference to greek mythology and the nereids, sea nymph daughters of Nereus iirc.
