Aquakinesis and Underwater breathing
...if he had one. Or what ability fits him or I don't know how to call it.
The rules are simple:
Look at the character above. What ability would fit them. You can look at their profile if you want.
You can ignore the ability the character has. For example let's take a character that can control time. But you think that fire would fit him better.

Let's start with my character!
I like her shapeshifting; though if she wasn't a shifter, I would think she'd be able to control water oriented weather (rain and such) or teleport!
Since he doesn't have much on his profile I'm going off of one of his images - he could have the power to grow/create plants at will, whenever he wants, wherever he wants! He could be able to make masses of somehow-fused trees he could use as a wall when threatened.
I'd say he looks like he could have telekinesis, but a weaker form so he can only lift objects that weigh about 30 pounds or less
