I settled on everyone's favorite banned boy, True King of All Calamaties. (Well... it's not a Dragon-type but... in Yugioh, Wyrms are kind of just Dragons 2).
There's like, a whole bunch of good options for the little meteorologist too! A well-known oddball card is called "Weather Report." He lets you have two Battle Phases once a hyperspecific condition is met. And it's one of only two cards that let you do that.
But I'm thinking either Weather Painters or maybe "The Atmosphere."
I'll go with any of the Rescue Squad monsters. They're tiny little animals that go out and help other tiny animals in need. They're sort of like guardian angels in their own way...!

"Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy" (not to be confused with "Dharc the Dark Charmer"). Coincidentally, he is theorized to have issues with his arm too. We don't see his right arm in either of his cards which means it's possible doesn't have one (or it's injured?).
Not gonna lie, I went BRITISH?!?!? But then I looked more into his profile I was like, P.U.N.K! Japanese-themed punk art.Â
I also want to give an alternate option with Esperade the Smashing Superstar. Actually, now that I think of it, I think a lot of Romin's musicians would fit petty well with him?
There's a whole lot of options for him so I think Souta would make an awesome Yugioh player lol. These two were just the first that came to mind.
I think I honed in on the "classical music" and "royalty" things, so I'll go with Solfachord! They have a vaguely Victorian-inspired style going on. I don't know anything about music so I can't really give any further analysis but I think the vibes are there.
She is a gamer so I think she'd like an archetype based on video games. There are actually quite a few cards like that (like "Lord British Space Fighter" I mentioned earlier.) The B.E.S archetype is one solely based on a Konami game series, Gradius. The mechanics of the archetype are very close to the ones in Gradius so I think she'd enjoy it.
They aren't good but I'm betting she can make them work.
Trying to avoid double-up, but I think Sylvans would fit pretty well.  But I'll go with Naturia! Since this seems to be a forest fairy themed character, I think those natural archetypes would fit well!
I'd love see something with IC (candygore warning), or This Character!
(I rarely play Yugioh on my own, only with friends. I only recently started like two or three months ago, but I only play goat format. I currently run an aggro dragon deck with blue eyes support,,,super basic, but I adore dragons lol)
