ᐟᐟ☆ physical OC merch ideas (HUGE LIST!)

I don't have any good images yet but Ive been in the process of modeling my oc in 3d! I have a cheap 3d printer that I want to use later to print it. If one doesnt have a printer, Ive seen sites that will print for you model made as 3d file.

I think stickers and posters would be the easiest to produced, but personally I think keychains are the best bcs you can have them with you wherever you go! (And explain the lore and infodump to whoever points it out)

Postcards, figures, jewelry, washi tape, pins, buttons, con ribbons, cards (character ID cards for example), iron on patches, embroidery, stickers, journals/sketchbooks, t-shirts, tote bags, magnets

ohh yes that's actually something I've considered! my husband bought a cheap (but great for it's price) printer and has been slowly printing himself a Star Wars cosplay outfit lol. maybe he can help me sculpt and print a small figurine or bust >.> thanks for reminding me! keychains my beloved ;w; the benefit of being able to carry them p much anywhere is super nice, especially for those who love to accessorize. making a keychain is definitely on my to-do list!

And standee + enamel pin can be very cool too! (but i heard one custom piece can be very pricey. VVV) 

Maybe custom Switch or any console case too but idk how that works. 

You ever put stickers of your ocs in your car? Yeah me too. And I will 100% get more. There is no stopping me :)

yooo yes that's awesome, there's never too many OC stickers B) those are super cute! I don't drive myself so I was considering stickerbombing my PC or backside of my tablet.

@Lobolnu No worries! I didn't for a while either and the Computer is always an excellent place for stickers. I just put them in my car so whoever was getting a ride would ask and get me going on my brainrot. My evil little scheme has so far proven very fruitful. Lots of interesting rides :D

I tend to see Kigurumis/onesies alot based off of anthro OCs... 

Ans it could be fun for like clothing or vibes on humanoid ocs? (Probably bad sugestión, sorry)

oh those are adorable!! I see them sometimes myself, that's actually something I might look into for my sona >.>

I like the idea of making parts of the character physical. like any you can think off. your character wears a necklace, do it irl, your character wears a jacket, same thing. your character wears funky headphones, customize your headphones, your character has a weapon, sword, wand... etc. 

I don't think this was brought up before but posters, metal posters, canvas, wall decor and other objects you can put custom printing on. I even have a powerbank with my old ocs on it lmao

that sounds so fun!! reminds me of folk who cosplay as their OCs - even if it's not full-blown cosplay, just having a little piece of them on you makes me happy :] and also AHH ART DOLLS!!! they're always so cool, I'm obsessed with them!! thank you for sharing all of these <3

I've ordered some acrylic keychains from a shop on Aliexpress! It's one Kvroii showed me, because they have some really cool keychains of their characters. 

I'm still waiting on my order to arrive though, so unfortunately I don't have pictures to share yet ;-;

Might I also suggest a custom phone case? They can run a bit more expensive (either that or I got so totally overcharged in the mall), but it's super cute to be able to protect your device if you have one and also be able to see something that reminds you of your characters :D (the one I got is of a page of my writing but any image can go on them just about)

I also second the people who have mentioned jewelry. Right now I have a ring that I wear every day that is based on a ring a few of my characters pass around custody of (a gold 'regards' acrostic ring that Mirdri owns, but Adrienne has at one point without realising, and Sidus takes later on before Mirdri gets it back). One of the best purchases I think I ever made! It's a little more subtle, though. So far, only a couple of people have recognised it as what the characters wore. It becomes a bit of an enigma to some of my other friends, who don't realise it's connected to my characters yet can't figure out what the placement of the stones mean lol. 

I knew someone who would design custom bookmarks for books she read. They were really quite beautiful. That might be something you can do, as well, making bookmarks based on your characters, although that has been previously mentioned too :3

I've also seen like those phone stand socket things online that you can get custom, but the one on my phone is really on there quite secure, so I think I shouldn't take it off to order a new one to put on. You might be able to get one, if you would like, with a character on it.
