I'd love to make a video series of the plot I've got in my head. With my love of tokusatsu, I reallllly would prefer filming with human actors and costumes <3, but between actually making the suits and getting a cast... I just don't have the money, time, or connections.
At least with puppets, no matter their quality, all I need that I don't readily have is voice actors, and even then that's a maybe. I only have basic plans at the moment for the first puppet, and the script is nowhere near done lol, but hopefully over summer I can get some good progress
a little different to art dolls--paper dolls are very inexpensive and a fun DIY i've been wanting to do as an alternative to printing acrylic standees !! you can joint them as well if you want movement and/or put little folded paper supports on the feet to have them stand ^_^ i've always wanted to build an apartment complex out of cardboard and put oc standees/dolls in it as a little art piece >_< someday when i have time....
