I have two characters with blue hair, and blue is definitely my favourite color! However, for this thread, I would love to show you Catherine!

Euphemia/Effie! I'm still unsure where their story is going, but they're either a angel or a pegasus that's just enjoying being a kid and knocking over everything with those giant wings :')

Her name might be Cyan, but her hair is just blue. XD

Dawn has naturally brown hair but she dyed it blue to irritate her mom when she went to college.

Junko also has blue hair :3c She's almost entirely blue, except for her skin and the white parts of her outfit lauwl

Omega has blue hair with a yellow gradient, but mainly blue :3c
