so what are the pros and cons of having ur oc as a roommate?
are they an ideal roommate?

Pros:
- Great personal therapist
- Platonic cuddles moment
- Would give you headpats over and over
- Quiet bitch
Cons:
- Literal asshole
- Argues with everyone she meets (Even you)
- Disagrees on everything
- Swears all the time
- Usually doesn't acknowledge you until you tell her you're there
- Sometimes always out of the house or apartment doing whatever
Pros ;
+ Quiet
+ Doesn't leave their room often
+ Never has anyone over (except their sister maybe a couple times a year; she doesn't live in town)
+ Won't bother you; in fact, probably will go out of their way not to interact with you at all
+ Great cook
Cons ;
- If you somehow get them talking, they will not stop
- Paranoid and a bit delusional (literal conspiracy theorist)
- Their room is a mess. paper everywhere
- Has no semblance of a sleep schedule, could be up at literally any hour of the day
- Has a reputation as one of the town's biggest weirdos, so you'll probably hear about that from other people
Pros and Cons of Ismene as a roommate!
PROS:
-Big time smart and can help with homework and stuff!
-She is very kind and overall chill
-Not to loud or whatnot, peaceful somewhat.
-Loves to interact <3
CONS:
-Is a early riser and will force you to wake up early
-She often is a bit to filled with energy
-Does she ever stay up late? No, will force you to do the same <\\\3
Pros:
- Fun to hang out with
- Always thinks of something to do
- Defends you if things are too serious
- Loves sharing her foods and items, just not her hat!
Cons:
- Massive prankster, potentially can wake up to something unpleasant
- Easily distracted and won't be around for much
- Loves trolling and getting reactions out of others and you
- Would use you as a shield/decoy for her pranked/troll victims
Pros:
- Good cook, shares food
- Tidy
- Handy around the house, good at basic repairs
- Can sew, will happily repair cloth objects / clothing for you.
- Creative / problem solver, probably would make some pretty knickknacks to have around.
- Reliably pays his share of rent on time. Offers some sort of trade to make up for it when he'd otherwise be short.
Cons:
- Alcoholic. Pervasive smell of sake and shōchū
- Sometimes gets turned in to a dog. Hair EVERYWHERE. Distressed ungodly noises that should not come from an animal.
- Have fun dealing with the smells of various things fermenting and curing. You will never escape the scent of soy sauce and kōji. It will permeate EVERYTHING YOU OWN.
- Has a big dog. A friendly, good natured big dog, but a VERY big dog. Everything you own is covered in hair.
- Has a bounty on his head. Is dating the brother of the lady who PUT the bounty on his head. Expect drama. Also for things to get destroyed at some point due to a fight.
Pros:
+Very kind
+Always willing to help out, whether that be helping with cleaning, college schoolwork, etc
+ Will always try and help cheer you up when you've had a rough day
Cons:
-very clumsy/always knocking things over
-cat like behavior (ie: wandering around at 3 am doing whatever, hoarding spots where sunlight shines through the windows, etc)
-VERY talkative. Seriously. They're never quiet unless they're sleeping, eating, or hyper-focused on something that doesn't require them to speak/requires that they be quiet, like looking at a bird on the windowsill or something.
If you can get past the cat behaviour and clumsiness, I'd say that Orchid would make a great roommate!!

Can definitely pay rent (don't ask where he gets the money)

will help you with personal trauma bc he's been there

Pros: -Would be able to ward off intruders -Could do SOME chores -Super fun to hang out with and friendly -Wouldn't invite random strangers inside
Cons: -Probably have a messy room or leave a room messy -L o u d -Could stay up for hours then you’d have to worry about what he’s doing -Would Pia’s if the neighbors lol
+ extremely neat, loves to clean and do laundry. will definitely do your laundry for you just because
+ not too noisy - will usually listen to music/play games/watch movies on a low volume or with headphones
- might change the locks randomly, will forget to tell you
- stays up really late on the phone talking to his girlfriend - even if hes quiet its like 4 am dude pls
- sleeps in late, is a night owl.
- eats your food sometimes because he simply forgets what belongs to whom

☀︎ The cinnamon and caramel scent gets EVERYWHERE. Not bad if you really like that smell though.
