🌠 Community NPC Plotting

Community NPCs are NPCs that are born quite naked, as they're designed to be upgraded by the group!
Include them in your works to watch them grow, cast votes for what upgrades they'll have, and ultimately decide their fate!

🌺 Rules 🌺

🌿 In order to apply an upgrade to a community NPC, you need to cast a vote!
🌿 Cast a vote by including a community NPC in your art or writing with your upgrade of choice applied to them. This will give them +1 vote for that upgrade. It'll also earn them some paper stars and you some gift stars!
🌿 Each user can only cast one vote per upgrade. Don't worry, this only restricts you to like... 755 or something 🙃
🌿 In order to have an upgrade applied, a community NPC will need to have 3 votes for that upgrade (this number may chance based on the popularity of the system). They'll also need to have the correct amount of paper stars and have completed the upgrade prompt if there is one!
🌿 Only one user needs to draw a community NPC completing an upgrade prompt for that prompt to be considered unlocked permanently for that specific NPC (eg, Buttons will only have to sneeze once in order to be eligble for freckles)
🌿 Community NPCs can 'participate' in events in order to earn event upgrades, too! When participating for a community NPC, you won't lose any of your upgrade slots to them (eg, if you can only claim 3 rewards and you enter a community NPC, they won't consume one of those 3 rewards. However, you won't earn one of them, either! You'd have to enter one of your own kekin or a valid NPC)
