[Contest] The Toast Triad

Hatchling: Should have a "type" field, which can be Toasty, Cakebread, or Bagel

• Squared, vaguely bear-like ears (toast shaped) & horizontally lined belly scales
  
• Blob(s) of cream cheese on head and back; can be white/very pale with tinge, or any bright/saturated color
• Cheek pouch, first belly scale & paw-pad are either square (Toasty & Cakebread) or round with a hole in the middle (Bagel)
  
• I like to think of the Bagel type being very tough like Spiced are, Toasties being average, and Cakebreads being very spongy and soft folks
• Base color should be: 
  • Toasty: Any brown with optional darker "scoring" (simple stripes) anywhere outside the cream cheese topping, including on cheek pouches
    
  • Cakebread: Any light brown or white with optional darker "crust" (line around the cream cheese, pads, cheek pouches, and/or belly scales)
  • Bagel: Any brown with optional lighter or darker "burnishing" (fancy baby tinge (tm)) on the face, ears, arms, and/or tail.
    
• Young coloring:
  • Method A: Add 0-1 of any color to make decorative markings anywhere on the body and/or cream cheese topping (similar to the Colorful simple upgrade)
    
  • Method B: Add 0-3 colors to the cream cheese as gradients, streaks, swirls, and/or speckles.
• Decorations! Not sure if these should work like the ice cream kekes and be things you add at creation, or be used as youth ups
  
  • Fruit Salad: Add sliced & shaped fruits to the keke; should be on cream cheese but could go anywhere?? Comes in Stars, Shells, Fishes, or Mermaid Scales. Fruit used can be multiple types and can be real fruits or keken fruits
  • Cookies: Add bits, pieces, and/or crumbles of cookies on the cream cheese. Can be more or less anything as long as it looks cookie-ish.
    
  • Foiled: Add pieces of shiny, edible metallic foil wrap anywhere on the keke. Foil can come in gold, silver, copper (w/ optional turquoise "rust"), or rosegold.
  • Whipped: Shape the cream cheese into fluffy peaks and swirls as you like! Can increase the coverage area slightly to accomodate.
    
  • Sprinkles: Like Spiced & Shiverlings! Add sprinkles anywhere to the keke.
    
• Morph ideas: Regular defaults + access to the Cece and/or Astral ones, or their own similar variations (but with cream cheese instead of frosting/starry fluff)?
  

Very loose concept for the grilled cheese subspecies ✨

Colors for the main body could be pale warm tones, to earthy browns, to charred black 

And the "cheese" part could have similar rules to aida scales

The baby fin could be the same color as the scales, and an option for young markings could be charring/cloud-looking marks

In youth stage, maybe they could also have an upgrade for sprinkles, like shiverlings/spiced

Or one where they get different types of cheese and get more/less drippy? (Maybe this could also work for morphs)

Edit: got another idea, what if the keke itself is just the cheese and the rest is like its shell? Would that be too weird? Like, one of the adult morphs is just rainbow-cheese-ghost keke 

Unicorn Toast snake before I get tired ahah
Base design: Fluffier but smaller ears than a Regular; one smooth continuous belly scale that extends up the throat. Cheek pouch has a J-shaped curl coming from the topline. Mane is thick and fluffy with a little curl to it. Attached teeth are present but tend to be a little more rounded than pointy (think U as opposed to V). Starting at the midback, a line of fluffy magical cream cheese covers the tail; matching dollops on the wrists & a little unicorn horn on the forehead made of it too. Pick a flavor profile that can be Sweet, Savory, or Complex. Lorewise, I like to think that they would be a descendant sub of Ceces and/or Soups- they are NOT tough like toast/hard cookies. 

Decorations: Can have as little or as many of the following on both body + cream cheese (as long as the snake beneath is still legible ahah)

• Oats/Seeds - Can be any kind, including nuts like almonds, and have any sensible color (ie, both green and pale tan would be acceptable pumpkin seeds, but not purple)
  
• Sprinkles - May be simple "dashes"/dots, or have specific simple shapes like stars, spirals, etc. Any colors, including metallics. Includes "sugar pearls"/edible beads.
  
• Fruits/Flowers - Any kind of flowers or fruits. Fruit may be whole, slices, or cut into shapes; flowers may be whole or just petals. Can be real-world or keken fruits/flowers.
  
• Edible Glitter - Shiny glitter in any color. May be metallic if desired.
  
• Honey/Syrup - Drizzles or droplets/globules of any kind of sauce like honey, chocolate, agave nectar, caramel, etc; could even do like. Sriracha for savory. Or... sweet...? It's your unicorn toast, go wild.
  

Colors: 

• Base: Any single "bread color". Browns, creams, whites, tans, golden browns. If it is a bread that is not technically a cake, then it is a good color for this.
  
• Belly/Accent: Goes on the belly scale, paw pads, and cheek pouches. Any white or creamy color.
  
• Cheese Whip: 2-4 colors based on their Flavor Type; any flavor type may also make use or white or black if desired. Sweet Unicorns have light, pastel colors. Savory Unicorns have more saturated colors, but shouldn't be too dark! Complex unicorns can use any dark cool tones, with pinks being the warmest allowed color, and any kind of blue, purple, or green being Ok! Greyscale outside of white or black should mostly be avoided.
  
• Eyes: Any two colors from your cheese whip selection; one for sclera, one for a simple pupil.
  
• Mouth/Blood: Any one color from your cheese whip selection.
  

Mermaid toast keke

This is a rather loose concept of a grilled cheese keke. I like the idea of the middle of the body being the cheese.

I imagine the "cheese" can be any color, but the rest of the keke -which looks like bread- could be any "bread" color. Like brown, white, tigerbread, etc. Or just, black, for burned bread.

The cheeck pouches are bread buns! These can have a "toasted" speckling. Like how you see browning on toasted bread.

They could easely borrow youthgrades from the spiceds and cece

inspired by the fiji mermaid (& sirens, i was gonna call them sirens or smth like that but i forgot there was already a siren mix lol)

troublemakers & great singers, also they can hold their breath underwater for hours. theyre weird little critters
