ooooh, I like this thread idea a lot, and I remember that Neopets used to be my SHIT when I was younger. looking at all those brushes gave me a nostalgia trip, so ofc I had to slide in lmfao. hopefully this thread is able to flourish, since it does seem prettycool after all- u_u
honestly, the first thing that comes into mind for Moon is the rainbow paintbrush?? though imo, that's a bit obvious, so hopefully the following paragraph makes my response seem more substantial. I tend to associate Moon with pretty bright colors, and literally the brightest brush that came into mind was rainbow haha. I also remember reading through her profile once and seeing that she's a pretty joyful and happy character for the most part, which - again - encapsulates the cheerful energy that rainbow seems to provide as a color. funnily enough, I also went through her gallery once, and a lot of her pieces feature rainbows?? so just by that alone, I can associate Moon with rainbows, making that brush an easy pick.
however, if I want to go more left-field, I think plushie could also work for her?? similar to rainbow, the brush has a generally pretty cute and wholesome energy that I think fits Moon fairly well. it's not as bright as rainbow (as iirc, some of the pets in that color have a pretty dull palette), but a lot of them are still bright in terms of aesthetic. furthermore, iirc, it's sort of popular to customize the plushie pets so that they seem more menacing than their cutesy appearance would suggest, and I distinctly remember mentioning that I got that vibe when I saw Moon haha- so in that regard, plushie captures the potential undertones in her character pretty nicely. ^^

Aesthetics-wise, marble would totally fit his outfit color! The green and yellow matches his scarf and jacket, maybe minus the glossy effect, but I'd say they fit to a T!
I also feel that Get Off My Lawn would be another suitable choice - but wait, hear me out: I've always thought the name of the paintbrush is kinda misleading (though funny), cuz I just loved how adorable the elderly pets looked with this brush. Seeing how Skinner loves jokes/throwing parties, it totally reminds me of those pets dressing in their comfy winter clothes and being young at heart!

Machati Oddly enough, I’m getting Woodland vibes from Ring? She doesn’t have any plants on her, but the lizards and the “clothing” that kind of looks like dirt are making me think of nature, and the best catch-all Nature color is Woodland :o
