What does your character think of the character a-

-bove them? (title got cut off)

NOTICE: I've been hearing that some people have been giving extremely low effort responses to people in the thread. I want to say that this is not okay, and if you're going to make a post, at least put some effort into it.
From now on, you'll have to have at two sentences in your response. I do not tolerate having low-effort responses in an attempt to just get a reply. Would you like it if somebody gave you a low-effort, two word response? No.
If you repeatedly break this rule, punishment will be put in place. This is NOT acceptable.

UPDATE: A little thing to know! If 24 hours without a response have passed, then you may respond to your own character with another character of yours. Just a heads up.

UPDATE 2: I saw somebody do it and that inspired me! You can reply to the character above you by editing your post, if you want!

Pretty self explanatory. You post IC, and your OC says what they think about the character above them. Then the character below them says what they think of the other character. For example...

P1 starts off with, for example, Yume. And then it basically goes like this.

P2 (Posting IC as Isamu): A bit too energetic for my tastes...

P3 (Posting IC as Marina): Just another self-righteous, smart alec prick!

You get the idea, right?

I hope this hasn't been done before. This is my first time making a forum game...

Anyway, let's begin, shall we?

Edit probably nobody would see: Wow... When I made this a year ago, I never expected it to blow up like it did. This is just insane... I made one of the most popular forum games (I think), and I didn't even realize how big it would grow when I made it. It was my first one, too! Thanks, all!

Zander Liams ThatTahlia

Walking into the room Zander was not expecting him. Chills crept down their skin, not sure exactly if he wanted to be around Toothless. Maybe they weren't truly bad but Zander didn't know any better. His eyes stared holes into Toothless as he walked into the wall in front of him. His feelings had started to get a little confused. One moment he'd feel safe and then his mind was telling him to run. Run long and far.

"I'm not gonna lie here. I'm quite scared of you." Zander mumbled as he pressed himself into the wall. "If I could, I'd go right through the wall. After all, I'm not one for tiny rooms anyway. However You might be trust worthy, I'm not quite sure." He slid along the wall slowly. "If you could just move to that opposite corner so I can go that'd be grand kind sir."

Translation: Hello, young man! I really enjoy the fact that you have taken up the often THANKLESS occupation of an author; however, I think that beer is good, because it helps me in my Mac-Gyver maratons because it's yummy and healthy for you. Maybe get good and then get back to me, ma'am. Thanks in advance.

"Suh brah! You, like, have this really crazy vibe to you, you know? Like... I don't know, bro, it feels like you have a lot of hot and steamy adventures?? Does that, like, totally make any sense? Ch'yeah, anyway, you seem, like, totally happy and that's great, brah. I'll pick up your book, too, and check it out tonight. Oh, and by the way, your husband totally looks familiar?? I dunno, brah, but it's gonna gnaw at my head all day, ch'yeah!"

Leon carefully glanced at the tall younger-looking man, he was well aware of the radiant giant's reputation. Mateus'es rudeness wasn't much a problem to Leon, as he had to deal with these kind of people on daily basis but the suspicious disappearances of many people who openly criticized the guy were concerning to say the least. Suddenly Leon noticed that Mateus was staring right at him. He must have felt Leo's glance. Leon quickly got up and left, he does not want to cross paths with a vengeful god.

Andrina ArtisticTiger

“Wow a space vampire! How interesting” She smiles and jots down some notes. “Your quite a kind and funny person, for a vampire. Perhaps you could tell me about your travels! I’d love to hear about your adventures in space.”

Tide & Phoenix CaptainSkitty

"A monster researcher eh? We have plenty of ghost notes we could provide." The ghostly cloak said. "Could be nice to give some more public knowledge around ghosts."

Ciao sunnyshrimp

Ciao eyes the spirit - well, spirits? - curiously, her eyebrow raised. Though she'd encountered her fair share of demons and supernatural creatures of taking human faces, she was hard-pressed to ever run into an actual spirit before. Let alone something as - oh, what was the word? Phantasmagoric?

"Huh." She purses her lips. "So - you're like, hosts for one another, right? That kinda rocks. I'd love to have someone carry my soul around while I just chillaxed. Don't think you've ever catch me outside of that orb if I were one of you. Heh heh."

Chelsi D’Anatolio CometTheMountainLion

Chelsi was scared of demons. She had jumped her car over huge canyons and been exposed to radiation levels that would kill any ordinary human, much less a dog like herself. But the sight of Ciao just felt so unnerving to Chelsi. Even if Ciao seemed so friendly and attractive of butterflies, Chelsi still felt so jumpy around the demon.

Kiushhu EggSalt

Kiushhu hummed softly, taking in Chelsi's appearance as she walked closer to the patapon. She walked with a confident, calm air, giving the uberhero the impression that she was most likely not aggressive nor ignorant of her surroundings. Not someone to fear or worry to harshly for.

"Hello there," Kiushhu gave their usual respectful bow and greeting, holding out their good hand for a handshake, "It is very nice to meet you miss...err..."

They listened for her name, continuing their introduction from there and striking up small conversations. From the way Chelsi spoke, Kiushhu found her to be rather intelligent about the subject manners she brought up, though her love for nuclear physics made the uberhero worry juuuust slightly. Surely, she seemed responsible enough to handle such things, though. It was just the excitement about it that made them a little uneasy.

---

(AUGH!! MARIBELLE IVE MISSED YOU...)

Kiushhu stiffened slightly, head dipped as they listened to Maribelle's words. Of course, though it had been quite some time since the two spoke, they remembered her pessimistic views all too well. Something they had come to accept and learn that...They just could not change the mind of someone who had been burned by the world.

However, that did not stop the uberhero from flexing their gloved hand softly, gaze returning to the girl's face as they straightened up with a sigh.

"It is not easy," Kiushhu murmured, "The choices you have to make, when choosing the path I have chosen. A vow to not let those die that do not deserve to."

Their eye wandered, unnoticeable from under the mask.

"I think. My vow is an attempt to make up for cowardice in the past," An admittance to old guilt, with a hoarse undertone of rage under their calm demeanor, directed at nothing yet everything, "The fight that the people I protect face is not a fight only faced by them. If I refuse to work alongside them, I lose an alliance. We would all lose to something greater."

"I chose to make myself a weapon, to escape cowardice I faced in the past," Kiushhu turned slightly, "But any regret on such actions have faded with time. I cannot leave allies to learn to face an unwinnable battle. ...Whether it's to still my own guilt does not matter. They would not be the only ones affected by all of this in the end. I am here...To prevent a greater danger as a whole. My ties...The bonds I have formed or not formed cannot affect such things."

Maribelle Burnett Vapor

"It's been some time." In spite of this so-called reunion, Maribelle's voice was a dry whisper, growing almost mocking in its tone as she continued on -- though, even then, it was hard to decipher as such. "The way you are, it wouldn't have surprised me if you had ended up dead. But, you're still here. My guardian might be happy to hear that. I think he would appreciate..."

Maribelle trailed off, deep in thought. Whatever she was about to compliment Kiushhu for, it nearly faded. For a moment, she looked away.

"..Do you ever think that it may be worth it to leave them?" asked Maribelle, "You might be a hero, but your arrival still might have been all to convenient for them... Do you think that makes it easy for them to take advantage of you? Like it's a part of you to fight for them?"

"I think it's pathetic." she then added, "Your empathy will be your downfall, if you aren't cautious, be it from your care for them getting you killed or sparing someone who just doesn't deserve it. If people are forced to rely on outsiders to survive, then who knows if they might learn to survive on their own? You're smart, aren't you, Kiushhu? ..Why don't you let them learn?"

@ NP: You can go for this default profile of Maribelle's, or her younger or older versions if you want. Go crazy.

"What the fuck are you doing. Where are my Bath and Body Works lotions."

Hopper Greene PicklePantry

Selfish, bratty, snot-nosed, mean, rude, cruel, shallow--
It was a never-ending list of ways he would have described Maribelle in the time he'd been forced to know her. Of course, she also seemed strong and more than willing to beat him up for as much as breathing in the wrong direction. Thus, here he was, a hostage to buy her dreams.

Hopper blearily looked down and fumbled with his fingers. Now that he thought about it, Maribelle seemed the hostile type. At first he thought it was towards men, but it seemed like she glared at just about everyone who came around her. He used to think that was just her bully nature, but there was some benefit to being around her, and that was understanding some depth-- she wasn't angry at the world without reason. Whatever that reason was, though, he wasn't sure he'd ever find out. Or if he wanted to. Whatever it was, would he have been the same if it had happened to him? Or would it have crushed him?
Maybe someday he'd admire her cracked strength, but until then... he just wanted to go home.

You can reply to him or his king self if you'd like!
