So skimming her deal she seems to do some spellwork, have a vampire lover, and has a giant venus flytrap.... so I present the above team for such a person.
This game is similair to the Choose a Pokémon for the character above you! thread. However, instead of choosing one pokemon that seems to suit their looks/personality, you create a team~! You can stick to one type or choose several based on color alone. It's all up to you.

Pidove because city, scrafty bc hip hop, krokorok bc he thinks he's cool, grumpig & tepig bc.... well, pig. I chose squirtle bc of the anime with the squirtle squad- i feel like he'd love squirtles bc of that episode tbh
Ooooh I'm digging the lineup! I could definitely see her with lycanroc and liepard on her team, and I never considered pyroar before but I think she'd love them on her team, tbh!

- Lycanroc (midday) because its personality matches Shiba's (lives alone but very loyal to its trainer)
- Zoroark because speaking of shapeshifting canids... seriously, this thing's ability has tricked me on the Multi-train more than I'd like to admit :'(
- Liepard and Glameow because they strike me as headstrong felines like Shiba.
- Pyroar to follow the theme of feline pkmn... and I just liked the idea of having both genders in a team.
- ☆Banette - This pokemon represents both his color and his species. I made it a shiny for his blueish skin. The pink eyes and the yellow zipper mouth are similair to the colors of the tattoo under his eyes. This pokemon would end up liking to dress in cute things.
- Inkay - Another pokemon that fits his color palette. I chose this one because it could represent the tattoo artist dream he has, since Inkay is a squid-like pokemon. Also, Inkay is a combination of ink/inkfish and okay. I feel like this pokemon would be a optimistic dimwit of the group.
- Bewear - This pokemon represents the cute lingerie theme of Sonny. Instead of being scrawny, this pokemon is tough but doesn't use it to its advantage. It would act as a cute body guard that loves to get into Sonny's lingerie.
- Plusle - I feel like this pokemon would represent Sonny's feeling towards kids and thunder. While he would love this little baby-like pokemon, he'd also have a fear of it electricity. I feel like it would end up shocking people when its too excited.
- Tododile - This would be a start pokemon that represents his determination and clumsiness. It would end up mesing things up almost always when trying to help out.
- Dratini - Once again, a cutesy pokemon. No real reason other than its blue and its adorable.
So I pretty much chose pokemon related to sound in one way or another. All of them know at least one sound-based move!
Chatot - first immediate choice, they're known for being able to speak human words so I say it's a perfect fit for Air Time!
Loudred - I felt that Whismur is too quiet and Exploud is waaaay too loud. Loudred is still pretty loud, but I think it's a good choice (it could be his trump card or so!)
Wigglytuff & Politoed - main reason is because they can learn sound based moves-- but they're also really cute and Air Time likes cute things so!
Audino - they have superb hearing, so I have no doubt they're great listeners which is perfect for Air Time
Meowstic - they may not have extra special hearing, but they can emit strong psychic energy from their ears. I chose the male because I felt that the supportive and disruptive moves fit Air Time better
A bunch of unevolved Pokemon because he doesn't seem like too threatening of a guy. Honedge because of his place in the milirary. Turtwig and Bulbasaur because they're generally lax Pokemon + "Smelling the flowers". Dieno is because it's a Pokemon that's cute right now, but could easily turn monstrous with age. Which might lead to split feelings. Eevee because his hair's all fluffy and brown, and Kecleon because you said he doesn't really stand out among other soldiers.
Obligatory blissey since they're a school nurse, sudowoodo feels like the physical embodiment of the slight awkwardness of wearing a turtleneck sweater tbh, skitty bc they love cats, plusle since they're like... a cheerleading pokemon and I feel like Alfie would appreciate someone cheering them on to like, hit on people or just in general, and tbh I have no real logic for eevee, I just have this hunch that they'd have one? Probably mistook it for a cat and then got too attached to leave it alone. ALTERNATIVELY I could see that eevee evolving into a vaporeon and blasting their trainer with water whenever they get too thirsty about other teachers throwback to brock & his pokemon being ridiculous ayyyy
oooh interesting choices! I could def. see Tsev with a raticate- it's funny you say arbok since her ex-hate.... boyfriend? was heavily associated with purple snakes. You can use the sprites from this link and just typing the pokemon's name in the URL and right clicking on the sprite, then hit 'save image address.' The click the add image button on her and pop in the url!
Ranohara Let's see... If I go with the first impression and a small piek at your life and personality I would say you would have a Muk, an Arbok, a Raticate, a Beedrill, a Nidoqueen and a Parasect. (I would love to use the sprites, but I don't know really how to.) Haahhh, there are so many pokemon to chose from, I'm still not really sure.

Azumarill & shiny Minun - MY DIAMOND
Aurorus & Carbink - thought the "gems" on their bodies looked a little similar, and aesthetic in general. carbink also looks like another lil bunny
Mamoswine & Alolan Sandslash - fighters! mamoswine has the added bonus of being ground type, which can relate to the earth itself.

Ninetales: Because of the fox and fire theme!
Zoroark: Since illusion can be used to gain trust towards others. (Zoroark is also a fox!)
Litwick: The flame is used to drain life forces while prtending to be a guide.
Phantump: Since the entry says that they are spirits of dead children that were lost in the woods.
Banette: The result of a child disowning a toy, losing trust as a result.
Aromatisse: Becuase of the Ignis' use of scent (that creates an edge in battle)!
