kirakiraprince Galens childhood was pretty normal... Till he realized that- Wait, lets start from the beginning shall we? Galen was a pretty normal kid, but a huge flirt. He had so many girls crushing on him in second grade... though that wasn't his taste...! He was bullied a bit by a few of the older kids for the weird shape of his ears. They thought he was deformed or something. And so, one day, he finally snapped.. Thats when a desk caught on fire. He was expelled because they thought he had tried to kill one of his classmates. He didn't really know what was going on, it was all kind of a blur. Later, his parents explained to him what he was. He didn't really understand untill he was in his teens. His anxiety got worse as the years wore on, and when he was 15, he ran away from home.
(Sorry this isn't the best I couldn't come up with much else. Feel free to use it all, parts of it, or none of it <3)

I'm thinking Mindori grew up not being taught anything because her parents thought she didn't need to know anything other than what they teach her. She was expected to grow up and take over the family farm.
As she got older, she started to want to learn more about the world around her, and that want grew stronger every day. Her parents shunned her for this, even going as far as to punish her - some of the punishments were rather extreme.
Eventually, she had enough of it and packed her bags and ran away from home while her parents were sleeping.
She's now a well-known scholar, and has made a significant amount of discoveries in her field.

A Shy, sensitive, and sickly child, Shirayuki was very sheltered by her wealthy parents, having basically been kept under lock and key for her own safety. Her parents were loving, though misguided in their attempts. A time came when she became increasingly lonely. having no other escape, she climbed from her window to the garden below and found she felt good having escaped the confines of her room. sneaking out would become a nightly occurrence as she explored the gardens surrounding her home, enjoying every moment of the outside world that had been long kept from her.

I don't mean to be rude, but it is a little annoying you both claimed and then didn't tell me what your ideas for his back story are.
Jasper was a normal kid at one point, son of two well to-do parents, long before the demon attached itself to him. It did so in the usual way of teenagers- a bunch of friends joking around messing with occult things in the woods they shouldn't be messing with. Lo and behold- a demon arrived, less than pleased to make their acquaintance. Jasper stepped forward-always being the 'brave' of the group- and tried to fight the creature, that instead- weaseled into his head and made a deal with him. His soul- his body- for the lives of his friends.
So he willingly allowed the demon to consume him. At first it wasn't so bad. It took care of him- defended him from bullies,helped him avoid dangers, but it slowly drained him. Not just physically- but emotionally. His friends began to forget he existed. His family started to become neglectful. His grades slipped. His body was the last thing the demon took from him, along with his mind. He slowly began seeing the demon as his only friend,even if it didn't speak to him. Because hey- at least it didn't forget him... He doesn't necessarily have his mind controlled by it- instead he's slowly losing his own grip on what is right and wrong. Because the demon protects its host- while others try to hurt him.
