For Regis, I don't have any solid ideas really. So far, he's male and can transform between human and bird ^^ also kind and selfless!

Salma was adopted by two witches. She doesn't possess any magic but since she's grown up around it, acts indifferent to all the strangeness in the household like levitating objects. Her two motherly witches are overprotective, putting hexes on students who cause her even a little bit of trouble. Asides from that, she lives a relatively normal life and enjoys her studies. Since she is shy, she's the kind of student who blends with the lockers but she does have an equally nerdy boyfriend who she can relax around bringing out her silly side of puns galore. With her overprotective guardians, she's trying to keep her relationship a secret! She doesn't want him getting hexed.

EDIT: Lloyd has been raised in a little group in a magical forest where mainly Kemonomim were living together, a part of the society. Problem is that the humans needed space, and the more they wanted a better life, the more harm they did to the forests. So they started destructing them to create needs and objects for their own well being. However, it harmed the kemonomim, and they started moving from places to places until the wilderness almost disappeared. Lloyd, while growing started growing an hatred against humans. He merely wished to have a home of its own without having to move everytime. So the day of his 26 years old, he became the gardian of the Aokigahara forest, where every human died before stepping into it.

     I think Cecil was the youngest & smallest of many children his parents had, and the kids just ran wild in the house while the parents were away working (or whatever they did to be out so long & often, they were hardly ever around).  He got picked on/terrorized by his older siblings & neighborhood kids who just copied what the siblings were doing.

     The lack of peace & the loneliness made him into the frustrated, cruel person he is, who doesn't really know how to have healthy interactions with other people because he's never had people he could actually trust(his family wasn't mean to him ALL THE TIME but he was always constantly aware, when they were sharing a slice of cake or watching tv together, that the mood could switch at any moment and he'd end up locked in a closet or getting his head dunked in the toilet again).

     He got sucked into the cult thing easily by someone preying on his secret desire for affection, and any weird shit that happened isn't that weird when your baseline is Cecil's baseline.

I haven't actually given Sammy much of a backstory. Figured I'd just let intractions speak for his character, but if there are any good ideas for how he is, I might just adapt that fully into his profile.

Adrian and Adrianna both being born to circus performers. Despite maybe a childhood of travelling, watching and helping performers, they never got into the trade themselves. Adrian might have excelled at any of it, especially with his natural flexibility, but for personal reasons and creative differences, their parent(s) left the circus with both of them in tow.

Work isn't easy, going from performing to manual labor, but they lived as comfortably as they could with the change. Adrianna herself would take some initiative to work too, small things that she could do for money, maybe a shady delivery or two. Adrian, Silkie got left behind, a anxious latchkey sort till his sister realised what being isolated did to him. And then she started bringing him along.

But unfortunately, what a way for them both to learn he was real good at absorbing information. Twins brought into a hideout for a suspicious individual in order to pick up some suspicious wares to deliver, and taking note of a safe...

"Man, did you see how much money he had in his safe...? I wonder what that combination was..."

"You weren't paying attention? It was--"

"Oh god, you aren't kidding. This is great!"

...but that was just on of many things they did growing up. Later, I imagine Silkie being brought in as a key witness to a crime in the city, and then this getting all police procedural in an urban fantasy setting.

Samael developed a passion for travel, eager to explore  world so new and exciting that he'd seen only from afar for so long. Earth was filled with a great many creatures he'd never have been able to comprehend otherwise, and the education he gained under both humans and his kin alike was priceless. He favoured travel by train when he could help it, enjoying the speed and comfort of most models made for long distance travel, where he could people watch and study as the world passed by around him. They werent as cramped as planes, and the land locked vehicles felt a little safer than a metal tube in the sky that flew across expanses of ocean so deep and unknown that even space felt a little more comforting.

There is so much more to this world than he first realized, and he currently seeks to reach his full potential, perhaps as a scholar on earth and it's creatures.

Rayi was always different from the other kids she hung around with when she was younger. They all had their own cliques and such, but she didn't. One of her parents was a human, which was very frowned apon where she grew up. Teasing ensued as she grew older until she got older. The day she left home was the day her (insert human parent figure's name here) died. She left on her own looking to start a new life on a path with many ups and downs. Rayi was looking forward to the chance at making friends and having adventures on the road to wherever it took her.

How is a demon born? Not by any natural means, if that is what you were thinking. No, a demon is born from emotion. Raw, powerful emotions, of all kinds. 

Generally, there is some sort of an inciting event that leads to the birth of the demon. An accident, an altercation, anything can cause the demon to awaken into being. Aethea dosn't quite remember what created her, which is not uncommon among demons. Every once in a while though... she gets flashes of.. something. Something horrifying.

Gillian, being a pollution Mer, can zip through the polluted waters he prowls with ease and comfort. However, as a young boy, he ventured too far into cleaner waters... Hours too late, he realized his mistake and felt himself slipping away at the unknown chemicals of clean water assailing his still-budding nervous system. After being brought back to the polluted water he's comfortable with and nursed back to health, they couldn't save his left eye. Thus the blindness in one eye.
It's why he uses decoration to cover it-- anytime another Mer asks him what's under there, he gives them a peek, to scare them with the dangers of cleaner water.

Maeda was raised by his Mothers brother, a brutal and unfriendly man with little love for his nephew, considering the boy to be a constant pest, likely abusive. Most definantly unsupportive, considering him weak and a waste of time and money(. It likely could be that Maeda murderes(murdered) his uncle at some point, either way, the man likely threw him out of his house the moment he could(could be that Maeda's parents are dead, and his mother used something as incentive to get her brother to care for him until a certain time frame) 

Ahh I feel like I should give you more but i'm not sure what else might be useful? I Just feel like him being raist by someone unkind and possibly even abusive would explain why he has such a friendly facade(Like, it's something he learned from his uncle, everyone thinks his uncle is a friendly dude but he's actually a huge jerk) and why he hates coming off as someone weak and frail, y'know. ;w;; I wish I had more to give you to go off of.

(I'm looking for some possible names for him. I'm basing him loosly off of Jin from the comic Bastard (mostly personality wise) Also kinda looking for a reason for the eye patch and scrawny apperance.)

At first glance, I see him as more of a sweet boy to those close to him, but otherwise down-right cold to his peers. I feel as if he would be someone who could "talk the talk" but couldn't "walk the walk." He could easily bad mouth someone, but his "string-bean" stature couldn't allow him to do much phsycially. Perhaps he managed to peeve off the wrong crowd and ended up with the eye-patch he sports.

I could see him coming from a very rough childhood. While his family was good to him, they fell on hard times and perhaps lost some members along the way. This would sour his mood even more, starting fights with classmates to burn off steam. As he grew older, he never talked about college even though he had dreams of doing so, knowing it would only burden his family's debt. He works several jobs, such as a clerk for a supermarket and taking graveyard shifts to clean up at offices. He would take most job opportunities to provide for his younger siblings(if he has any). Perhaps he is seeing a therapist of some kind(if he can manage to afford one) to talk about his mental illness (closet sociopath).

I have no ideas for this character. I was thinking of making her a spirit, but don't have many ideas to expand on it. If it helps, a user suggested this voice clip for her. I'm not looking for a full back story, just some ideas. Even if it's just bullet point ideas, anything will help~!

I have a few ideas :)

Idea one ) Cyabella could potentially be a spirit who has to ability to posses technology. She could communicate with her victims through a computer, try and get them to lower their guard, maybe pass her self off as just another person looking for romance, and once she gets them to agree to meet in person, she reveals her true self and feeds off their life source. Maybe she does it this way cause she is confined to one area and needs to bring her pray to her

Idea 2) maybe Cyabella is a spirit that is haunting a man's house, and ultimately failing to kill him, but wanting to ever so much. This guy just has like crazy good luck, and unknowingly just always manages to avoid her attacks till it slowly drives her crazy

Idea 3) Maybe Cyabella is a Demon esk creature who is carnivourus and feeds off what ever she gets her hands on, but she falls in love with someone and has to resist her urges to just, devour him or her

Idea 4) Maybeeeeee Cyabella is a spirit that was trapped away for being considered too dangerous to be roaming free, maybe her just utter need for chaos was too much, too devious, so she spends her days feeling like she is in a cell, with nothing but white walls surrounding her. She could be slowly growing madder and madder, till one day she is accidentally set free and she sets out to get revenge on all who caused her to be locked away for so long

Maybe Cyabella is a demon or spirit girl who looks terrifying on the outside but really just wants to be accepted. She wants to fit in and be loved by those around her, but is instead met with fear, and cruelness

Kaylee and Kourtney have always shared everything since birth. The same clothes, the same bed, the same room, the same hair brush... The same body... Yeah, they're conjoined twins. See, their birth was a rather... painful one. Sadly their mother died because she was always getting weaker and weaker since their birth because of medical reasons, but their father doesn't resent them for it. Their younger brother does, however, even though his birth is what was the final straw that ended their mother's life. Their whole family is very religious. They have custom made clothes to work with their condition, which is rather costly for their father though. They don't have a lot of money, but their father does everything he can to provide for his family. Kaylee and Kourtney do what they can to help their dad around the house, and their younger brother does what he can to make them mess up.

(Sorry, I couldn't really think of much for them other than them having a somewhat regular life. Feel free to use whatever you like from that, or nothing at all ^^ @CutLikeaJewel )
