Piko Andromalius H. ccelestialGlitch

(This is a bit long and I dont know how to do spoilers, sorry- also this took a while rip,,)

Piko watched as the demon cooked the food, trying to observe from a table she was sitting at. She could smell the food being cooked and enjoyed even the simple details he was putting into the meal. If he'd ever glanced over, she just acted like she was simply thinking rather than observing from a distance. The aromas and looks of the food and the obvious mastery that the demon had. Her tail swayed a little behind her, her main reaction to being somewhat more heightened emotionally because she was really excited.
As the food was placed onto the table, she observed the presentation and how it all looked, considering maybe she could make some of this back home...Well, most of it at least. She looked up at Indigo and listened to what he was saying, nodding at the order and names of the things he mentioned. Piko was not the biggest fan of tomato based items, but she would eat this food just to be a good guest and she perhaps might enjoy it! She ate the food one by one, in the order that he had suggested. At each one, she made a few comments here and there. "I'm not quite a tomato person, but the bruschetta is great!" "This soup is very nice!" "Oh, I've never had a pomegranate salad. This tastes alright." "This is some of the best salmon I think I've ever had."
When it came time for the dessert, Piko stared at the food for a moment. She was getting a little full, and strawberries were just a no for her. Not to accidentally offend Indigo, however, after a moment she began to eat the cake. Piko always had had a specific way to eat cake, and so it showed through as she ate here. She always went from the bottom of the cake slice up, putting it on its side and eating the bottom part of it up, essentially like how one would save cupcake frosting for last except with using a fork and actual manners. If the cake were layered, she would eat the bottom layer(s) first, and do it the same way. In the end, Piko did not eat the strawberry on the top. "Thank you for the meal, sir! This was amazing." She smiled.

Piko was next to make some food, and she went through mentally of what she knew to create very easily. She could go with a breakfast sort of meal, or a dinner one. She decided dinner. Although she was no chef like Indigo, she was pretty good at a simple steak and fries sort of meal. Luckily enough, the fridge had a packaged steak, the freezer had a bag of crinkle french fries, and she had all of the things she needed for this.
The steak was cooked to a decent amount, it wasn't completely dried out, and could classify as medium rare or a little more cooked than that. It was seasoned pretty simply, with some garlic, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. She had used these because there had been no french fry seasoning that she could find, and french fry seasoning- or some may say 'seasoned salt' was good on more than just fries. The french fries came out fairly well also, with salt on top of them when they got done. If anyone watched her, she was quite jumpy because of the popping oil and grease of the food she was flinching from. She aint getting popped by that tonight.
When it was finished, Piko put the steak and most of the fries she had made onto a decently sized plate. She also grabbed multiple kinds of steak sauce and a ketchup bottle. She set these things as well as a knife and fork in front of the guest in front of her. "I don't know the kinda steak sauce you'd like so this is the normal, this is the spicy, and this one has more pepper or something which makes it a little more tasteful!" She smiled,"I hope you like this though it's so simple."

Hayato thegrumpydruid

Hayato looked more confused than anything. He easily identified that the teak was meat of some sort. He couldn't identify it, however. It smelled weird. He approached the plate, staring at the utensil, before he reached into his kimono and pulled out a pair of chopsticks. His hand darted out to pickup a fry with them. He inspects it closely, murmuring, "I have no idea what this is, I apologize... I have no idea what any of this is." He lowered the fry a bit, peering at the sauces, not sure what a 'steak' was. He dips the fry into what was said to be the spicey one before popping it into his mouth, chewing thoughtfully. He tilts his head to the side, eyeing up Piko in thought, "I have no idea what I just ate, but it is delicious."
Hayato tried to pick up the whole steak with his chopsticks. he realized quickly that was not going to work. He purses his lips, grabbing the knife. and has a go at the steak with it, managing to cut a piece off. The poor man looked far too triumphant to cut a piece off, like he was beating an enemy warrior from a rival clan. He abandoned the knife and fork again in favor of his personal chopsticks, picking up a piece of the steak and dipping it into the sauce again before popping it into his mouth. He chews it much slower, furrowing his brow, "It... Is a very rich meat... I am not sure what to think of it..." Hayato begins to eat more, clearly liking it, "This is a simple meal here, you say? Interesting. I am still not sure what to think of it, it will take getting used to, but it is actually rather nice, I thank you." He smiles, giving Piko a polite little bow.

Hayato whisks around at a rather fast pace around a kitchen. He briefly checks on frying fish and vegetables, muttering to himself in Japanese. He really didn't cook often, usually his sister's did, however he knew enough to get by. He let the water heat up for tea, the rice finish cooking and the fish and vegetables fry, moving over to grab an odd bundle of straw. He starts pulling it apart scooping out goopy looking beans into a bowl. He waves, gesturing towards it, telling his guest, "This is natto, fermented soybeans. It tastes better than it smells!" He grins, turning to set it on the table, turning back quickly to grab the frying food and serve it up on a plate. He carefully sets down some sashimi and fish roe beside it, explaining what each one was before turning back again. He grabs bowls, serving out miso soup and rice, setting them down beside the plate. He turns at last and grabs some freshly made tea, setting it down before his guest before he bows, "I do hope you enjoy..."

Cassius Jester

With all that was going on in the kitchen the expectation was some highly elaborate meal. The reality was a bowl of cereal. It wasn't typical fare for Cassius, and he swirled the cereal around the bowl a few times before venturing to try it. He felt his tongue go nearly numb at the amount of sugar involved, but he supposed it wasn't bad. It certainly could have been much worse. It just lacked the flavors he was used to. "Thank you. For all that mess, this must have been difficult to make."

---

When it came to food in the lands where Cassius hailed from, the hotter the food was the better. Hopefully the one he was serving was prepared to taste the heat. Cassius worked slowly and meticulously on the meal he was preparing. He didn't want to chance spoiling the dish. It began with a skillet, in which he heated some vegetable oil. Once it was to a proper temperature, he added in garlic and three serrano peppers that had been stemmed and thinly sliced. A pepper that was noticeably hotter than the jalapeno. Thin slices of steak went into the skillet next, and he stirred the mix around to ensure the flavors melded together. Shallots and a bell pepper were added, and after a minute he mixed in fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, black soy sauce, and chili paste. The stove was brought to a low simmer to allow the food to cook together. He then removed it from the heat to add in some basil and mint before pouring the food over a plate of rice. "This is spicy mint beef," he informed his guest. "I hope you will enjoy." The plate was placed in front of the one set to eat it.

Mixo Solih ccelestialGlitch

Mixo had no idea what they were getting themselves into. Mixo looked at the meal as it was set in front of them, then to Cassius as he explained what the meal was. They smiled,"Alrighty!" Rice and beef? Sounds amazing! Spicy? Well, one of their parents eats a lot of spicy stuff and so does Mixo, so this meal sounded great to them!
Picking up a fork a little clumsily, they managed to get some of the meat and rice on the fork and ate this bit of food. "Mm!" They smiled, seeming to like the tastes of the meal and began to eat a little faster, until about halfway through. They then realized that this meal was spicier than they expected. They stuck their tongue out, trying to cool it off, fanning at it with one of their lower arms. "It'th really really th'picy.." They lisped a bit due to their tongue being still somewhat out as they spoke. They tried to finish their food, but by the time they did, they probably had wiped their nose on one of their sleeves way too many times and was looking for some milk. They had liked the meal, but it was just too spicy for them.

Mixo wasn't really the best at cooking, seeing as Piko likely never let them too close in the kitchen(out of a rational fear they'd get hurt) and neither did anyone else they got the chance to see. They did know a simple little thing they could try to make, a hamburger! It's not too hard, right? Mixo was likely muttering to themselves and trying to understand how things worked, In the end, though, they did make a pretty good burger, it was a cheeseburger with pickles, ketchup, and steak sauce on it. Some of the meat was a little pinker than what would be fully done but for a first try, it was definitely a decent burger. They went to the person they were to give food to and set it in front of them. "It's a cheeseburger! I hope ya like it, I tried my best!!" They smiled, at the very least proud of their accomplishment, even if the burger wasn't perfect. They didn't know that it wasn't completely as it should be, but oh well.

 Tab UFO Storm_Clouds

Ancient Blade looked at the hamburger. He could see that the meat wasn't really fully cooked, but he could excuse a mere child for the simple small mistake. He was usually a vegetarian, preferring not to eat meat. But he reminded himself to be polite towards his host. He took the burger, and bit off a small chunk. "It's... Fine, I suppose. Could be improved." He finally responded, swallowing the food.

Ancient Blade only made food for himself usually, but he knew how to make food for others as well. He started grilling some trout, keeping an eye on how cooked it was while he got out some rice and set it to boil. Finally, he took the fish off the grill, noticing how one side was a little overcooked. A simple mistake. Finally, he set up a plate with the trou and rice on it (including some teriyaki sauce) and brought it forward to his guest. "I certainly hope you enjoy my meal." He spoke, sitting down and bowing to you.

Jig adoren

Jig blinked as the angry looking miss served him a bowl of stew, he looked back up at her and went back to the stew. "It smelled good, but does it tase good?" He wondered to himself. He blew at the hot dish and scooped into the broth, filling the spoon with potato and some of mystery meat.

He took a bite and his eyes widened, "This is really good." He took slerps and more spoon full as he talked.

The last spoon full he tried to savior, Jig cleared his throat bowed his head, thank you for the meal." he said excusing himself.

------

"I haven't cooked anything in a while, Baer with me here." He opened several portals all at once each with a different location and ingredient. He reached in and pulled out some eggs, cream, hot dogs, butter and a pan.

He set the pan on a low flame and lathered it with butter. While that was heating up he cracked open four eggs and wisked them in a bowl untill they combined into one color, he made sure to mix in a little cream so they woun't dry out while they cook.

He sat the eggs aside, the butter was staring to simmer, she he had to be fast, he pulled out a chopping board and opened a package of hot dogs. He set them four in and row, now that they were round they'd cook best, he slid them into the sizzaling pan, and reached for the egg mix and pored that in do the hot dog bits. He made extra sure that it didn't burn and babysat it untill if was finished.

He smiled and placed a china glass plat in front of you and moved his creation into it. "Would you like something to drink? Juice perhaps?" Orange? Grape? Water?

Alcott Northwind (Demon Alcott) PicklePantry

Alcott pursed his lips at the dish, scratching the back of his head. What exactly... was this? He'd never seen hot dogs used like that, but it looked good, and the chef seemed to pour his heart into it. The demon sank a little in his seat, suddenly feeling guilty. He didn't look like the type to get treatment that well, so the least he could do was bite his tongue from any normally rude comments he'd make. That, and he was starting to feel himself turn back to normal.
"Uh... Water," he muttered, waiting for the drink to be poured. He glanced at the man then back at the dish, scooping up a bite and putting it into his mouth. It was something he definitely wasn't used to, but it wasn't unwelcomed. He took a few bites then gulped, taking a moment to assess. "Not half bad," he conceded with a big smile.

Alcott scratched his stomach as he eyed his guest warily behind his aviators. This wasn't a friend of his son's, was it? He didn't want to cook, couldn't he just hand the kid five bucks?
Sighing under his breath, he turned around and disappeared into the pantry. Might as well try and whip something up, he guessed.

Bread. He came back with bread. He opened the fridge and pulled out some bologna, slapping the two together along with some lettuce and mayo. He puts it on a plate, pulls out a soda from the fridge, and hands it to his guest. "Bon appetite, or whatever," he burped.

Shizuka Rondonu

Shizuka peeked up over the counter and watched as he prepared her a sandwich.  Her hands tugged nervously at her hat as she glanced up at the strange and clearly grumpy adult and then back down to the sandwich.  A loud growl bubbled up from her stomach and she flushed, embarrassed, letting her head sink down under the counter in shame.  How could she ask a strange human for food?  How rude of her... She didn't even know his name...
""Bon appetite, or whatever."
The malnourished girl lifted herself up from the ground, tear-filled eyes gazing at her small meal with wonder.  It might have meant nothing to the man but for her, this was everything.  Someone taking any time to feed her wasn't a luxury she'd met often.
"Th-Thank you, sir!" She blurted quickly, giving him a soft bow before quickly inhaling the sandwich.

"U-U-Uh...." The girl stuttered softly, frozen with surprise to see a stranger had entered her home.  She lived in an abandoned appartment; there wasn't even electricity.  How had they got here?  "F-Food?  Oh! I'll see what I can... uh..."

The girl stopped and thought deeply.  Food was quite scarce for her.  But she couldn't just ignore a guest and turn them down... after all, what if they really needed it? Or worse, what if they got upset?  She tugged her sleeves up to her elbows and nodded, resolve burning her eyes as she went over to a small box in the corner of the studio apartment.

Minutes passed.  The small girl scuttled around, cleaning off some fresh plates and placing bits of.... something on them; it was impossible to tell in the dimly lit room.  Finally, the girl returned, a sweet and gentle smile on her face as she offered up the plate to her guest.  Various assortments of wrapped candies and some carefully cut overly-ripe apple slices littered the plate.  The candy scooted around and threatened to fall off for a moment but they stayed; the collection of items wasn't a meal by any means and the apple was bruised and probably pretty old.  But...

"I'm sorry it's not a lot, but I hope this will help," she apologized, tears welling up in her eyes.  "I'm sorry I can't offer more."

 Daiki voidranger

[ I'm really, really sorry in advance if Mayu's reply is a little mean, it's really nothing personal... He's just a brat... ^q^; ]

Maybe it was a little unrealistic that someone would craft something that suited to Mayu's expensive palette, after all, for all of his lifetime, the student had talented and renown chefs cater to whatever he was craving. Lobster, Sushi, Kobe Beef, you name it! His hefty appetite was always satisfied by luxurious meals, served upon a silver platter. Everything was catered to his beck and call, so...
How did he end up here?
The apartment room was an absolute dump, there was no electricity even! What kind of rat-hole did he accidentally stumble into?! The chair he was sitting upon was hard and rigidity, his features twisted into a darkened scowl as he looked around with critical and judgemental leers. God, he needed to disinfect as soon as possible when he returned to the comfort of his home.
Already in a foul mood, Mayu's glare settled upon the girl as she walked towards him with a plate of-- His expression fell, slack-jawed as he gawked in disbelief. "Candy? Seriously?!" His tone of voice was harsh, a contrast to his usual purring drawl that teased people with a smug edge. "Do I look like a kid?!" Tch! He wasn't an official adult yet, but how dare this girl insult him in such a way! There was slices of... What looked to be apples, too, but he wasn't even going to touch those. However, witnessing the sight of the girl on the brink of tears, the B-Boy rolled his eyes, hastily standing up from the chair that nearly toppled back. Even though he had been so against the concept of eating the sugary concoctions, he was still a greedy brat. His dominant hand swiped up all of the pieces of candy, abandoning the apple slices as he brushed past the smaller female and out the door while loudly crunching on the candy.

---

"Mayu, you will have to make food for our guest tonight, and try to stay on your best behavior."

Father's words from a couple days ago replayed within Mayu's mentality, akin to a broken tape-recorder. Tch! How important was this, "guest", anyway? He didn't have to do anything he didn't want to, but the threat of disappointing his Father loomed over his head if he didn't heed to the head of the Yakuza's requests. His Father was not unkind to him, far from it, the man spoiled the student with everything he could have ever wanted and more. Even so, Mayu did not want to listen to Pops lecture him again--one time, one of his lectures even lasted for three hours straight! It was warranted, considering that he had gotten into quite a violent fight with one of his dance rivals. Still, Mayu had no choice but to sit there, feeling bits and pieces of his soul slowly exit his mortal body as his Father lectured about minding his reputation and about his temper and blah, blah, blah...
The guest could practically hear Mayu's annoyed grumbles from beyond the door of the kitchen, shuffling around miserably and pulling out ingredients, only to toss them carelessly onto the counter. Leeks, bits of probably expired chicken, and cheap pre-packaged ramen that he had bought a day ago ( there was no way he was going to waste the good stuff on some random stranger ) flopping onto the surface. The ingredients were equally carelessly and sloppily tossed into a pot, making sure to take as long as possible for his oh so lovely, "guest".

However, just because the student had to be on a supposedly, "good behavior", that did not mean that he couldn't... Have a little fun, either~ Smirking smugly at the little, glass vile of a suspicious powdery substance filled up nearly to the top, he couldn't help but to cackle internally. Laxatives were so easy to crush into a fine, subtle powder, but... He shouldn't get too cocky. Popping the top off the vile, the B-Boy dumped everything into the boiling soup base of the ramen.

After taking his sweet time to dump everything into a porcelain bowl, Mayu loudly slammed the kitchen door open, hoping to startle the poor sap who had to eat his food. His strides carried him over to the person awaiting for him, setting and sliding the bowl of piping hot ramen a bit too harshly in front of them. The student offered a sugary smile--a complete ruse. "Here you go~ I put all of my heart into this, so you better enjoy it!"

[ rest in peace, character below me. ]

Flauros Rorichi

Flauros wasn't in a good mood at all. Yes, she was feeling unbelievably terrible and pissed off. How could she let Furfur to drag her into something like this? It wasn't even the first time. Flauros sighed while thinking how she was going to torture Furfur. However, it didn't matter at the moment, after all, she had to finish all her bussinesses here at first. Flauros approached the table not noticing the cooler near it, and started reading a note left on it. "Hmph...is it even possible to have such a messy handwriting? And why do i even have to return them the dishes? Lowly creatures, can't organize even a small dinner!" She burnt the note, not leaving any traces of it, but small flakes of ash dancing in the air and slowly falling down on the kitchen floor. Flauros looked around, as she didn't find any food at the table, it must had been somewhere else then. She approached the fridge, opening it's door and almost breaking it. "Whatever...It's their fault, that they are so unmannered to leave their guest alone with no food prepared!!? What dishes have i return if there aren't a n y?" She slammed the fridge's door and truned around, her eys burning with anger. She started searching the shelfs while mutttering something about burning this whole place to ashes if she don't find any food the instant. When all shelfs and corners were searched(without any results unfortunately) Flauros finally noticed the cooler near the table. "I-i can swear it wasn't here b e f o r e!" She screamed hysterically, but approached it anyway to open it and finally have a meal.  To her disappointment everything she found there were some strange looking dishes and little wine in a thermos. "They are indescribably terrible at what they tried to do..." She whispered angrily, while trying to open the thermos. "Disturbing beings..." The thermos' top wasn't moving at all "Ngh...Making me look stupid..."  She still couldn't do anything about the bottle and her anger was growing with every second she tried to open it. After some time of pointless attempts and mad exclamations, Flauros grew completely sick of the thermos and threw it at the wall, thus breaking it and dirtying the wall with wine. She decided it was the best to just ignore the the dirty and slightly cracked wall and finally start eating. "They have such disgusting smell, and they aren't spicy at all..." Flauros said looking extremely disappointed. But she didn't have any other choices, she had to eat it. She took a small bite of a strange looking cheese ball and instantly threw it way "Not sPiCy at aLl!" Her voice became inhuman and furious,  grimace of anger on her face. "I wiLl bUrN thIs pLaCe aNd tHeN i'll bUrN the p e a s a n t s wHo DaRed to cOok soMetHiNg so diSguStiNg aNd taStelEss as tHis!" Just when she was ready to cast a destructive spell to wipe this place(and those that on the neigborhood just in case) from the face of the earth, other demon appeared from nowhere taking Flauros' hand and teleporting the both of them to somewhere else, where mad demon couldn't cause any damage or harm. What happened next stayed unknown, but what is known for sure, is that someone somehow managed to clean the destroyed kitchen and delivered all the dishes to the written address along with an apologise letter.

"Sooo~ now is your turn to cook something, hun~!" Now there was someone else with Flauros, that someone, who appeared to be demon of love and just Flauros' friend Furfur, was there to help Flauros not to poison or kill her guest in any other ways. "It's very easy, darling, you just take this book and cook something from here~" Furfur said smiling in her usual mischievous manner and gave Flauros a strange book, very heavy and very old. "Now, i have other things to do, so try your best not to burn anything here and tell me how everything's went later~!" One-winged demon disappeared leaving a faint aroma of perfume in the air and dumbfounded Flauros with the book in the hands in the kitchen. "W-wait! Ugh...whatever!" The demon opened the book "Let's see, i'll cook something so outstanding and delicious, that the guest will die from the pleasure of eating my cooking!" She cackled while preparing the ingredients and turning on the oven.

Let's skip the part where Flauros was cooking, because it's really not something you would like to read, believe me xd oh and also it seems she wasn't following the recipe...so yeah

Finally, her cooking masterpiece were done! Yes, it wasn't the most pleasant thing to look at indeed (and did it just move?), but food is about eating not looking, right? Now, everything she needed to do, was adding some spices to make it even more delicious. She took 15 packs of various spices out of the shelf. No, it wasn't enough at all, she needed more, like, it won't be spicy at all with only 15 packs after all! But only other spice Flauros had, was her special spice that she used only when she was cooking for herself, but the guest was supposed to be special too, so it wouldn't hurt anyone if she used it to make her dish the most delicious dish in the universe, after all, she could always order more of it. So it was decided! Flauros opened her ultra-ultra-ultra spicy spice along with other packs and poured it all on it. But she couldn't leave her dearest guest without a drink! She opened a bottle of wine and filled the glass with it till the edges. No, it still wasn't perfect. But Flauros knew how to make it better. Spice! She still had some left overs, and she knew how to use them...

Omg don't. let. Flauros. Cook. Good luck, dear, and i hope you'll survive it, it really isn't edible tbh.
