Like the title suggests, the OC above has a crush on yours!

How would your character react after finding out that they have a secret admirer? :^))) (this is my first game thread btw, i hope nobody made a similar one as this)

Remember; this is just for fun!

I'll start us off with Kurai ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Please write with the minimum of 3 sentences!

Edit: whoa, I was not expecting so many posts, thank you all so much!!

-Interactions between adults and minors aren't allowed; ex. A character in their teens having a crush on a 30+ year old/ vice versa.

Caelestis Solaestial

(i'm going to safely assume he's an adult, but i do also recommend having a clear general age in a character's profile for threads like these, just to be sure!)

Well, if that wasn't the most flustered confession he'd heard in a long time. The man towered over him fairly blatantly height-wise, and yet he felt instead the one who could scare the other away at any possible moment. In fact, would he turn tail? Caelestis' eyes remained widened for a few moments, near flustered himself if only for the extent at which Milo appeared to be. "I… Well," he semi-chuckled in a mix of still lingering shock, at last gathering himself enough to react more properly. "I must commend the honesty, for certain." Instinctively, his hand reached to grip loosely onto the other's sleeve for the seemingly increasingly genuine possibility of him retreating too swiftly, letting go only a moment later once the intention was hopefully conveyed.

Though he knew it would be best not to delay all too greatly, Caelestis considered his next words with care. While Milo was not the sort he found himself most typically approaching in that regard—beyond an occasional irresistible urge to tease, perhaps, which was still something to consider as well—he liked to keep an open mind in regards to what may develop. You may never know, after all, and that was nothing less than the truth in his experience, even if at times that exact mindset would be the largest source of any future plights. Although that was less exciting to linger on.

After the brief period of silence, he spoke up again. "You enjoy acting, yes? Theatre?" He glanced up at the man, fingers held against his own chin in thoughtful consideration. "I've indulged from time to time as well, so I would love to see what you're capable of sometime, if you would allow me. Perhaps we can consider from there." From someone so evidently timid and skittish, the contrast then of possessing such an ability was a difficult one not to find intrigue in, and it truly did hold a somewhat fond place in his heart. Caelestis' smile grew. While he could not assume what the other necessarily wished for at the moment, nor if his own casual, yet fickle mindset would be the kindest for one so likely far less experienced, as well as whether it would be only a fleeting, mild crush, or whether Milo had only misunderstood the feelings to begin with—indeed, a great deal of thoughts to ponder on—it would be fun to get to know him better no matter.

GAHHH that was so cute I'M

While it wasn't surprising to have encountered Scott properly again, he'd truly intended to keep his distance even still, yet the words betraying him so had already been blurred out—casually and flirtatiously otherwise as they were—before he'd known it. The kindness of his own felt little more than a deceptive mask. In the presence of someone so genuine and pure, he was but an infectious darkness that possessed no true place to speak of, and so to what was there to be provided in approaching the man but only a hidden, bewitching evil? It felt only a given that Scott would see little but the good, although even through the lingering internal conflict within himself, oh indeed—the sight of the other's flushed face and dumbfounded reaction made it a somewhat difficult thing to regret. Caelestis couldn't help but chuckle within his heart.

The shyness was almost surprising to see in a manner, yet it was difficult to not find himself only feeling all the more fond already through it all. Selfishly? He blinked widely for a moment, puzzled at the apologetic words that had followed shortly. Though little opportunity to linger on the confusion was given as Scott continued on, and Caelestis' mind distracted itself as well on instead the eager swishing of the other's tail all the while. Kind, adorable, and amusing as well—alas.

"...Lemonade?" He repeated, attention ignited promptly as his mind returned to the present at the mention of the word. Was this man clairvoyant in addition? "I… That all sounds wonderful, I must say." The sheer enthusiasm itself left him almost feeling lightly flustered in turn, gathering his bearings briefly in attempt to put his thoughts into words while retaining the same calm demeanor of his usual. "I haven't gathered a great deal of familiarity with the area just yet, I will admit, so you must show me around a bit as well." How he hoped Scott could be happy around him in turn. And though the descriptor itself wasn't his favorite, it felt likely for there to be an opportunity to clear that up would it not be too disappointing for the city cop for it to be so. Smiling at the soft warmth of the other's hand, Caelestis' heart couldn't help but warm as well.

Ah, in spite of everything, perhaps it was alright to be a bit selfish for the moment.

Flashback_arts65

He sees this dazzling, young, handsome police dog with his attractive expression and his positive attitude of everyone, he tries to pretend Scott doesn’t exist but couldn’t get urge to think about him. But, one small talk couldn’t hurt right, well hopefully, I don’t become Friends With this police officer and just pray to god that he doesn’t figure out that I am actually a “Zombie bunny” and arrest me.

But whatever, this guy is just doing his job and isn’t here to make friends, I guess he just wants to make sure everyone is alright…in a professional way. He takes a deep breath and walks casually toward Scott. “Ughhhh, soo uhhh, what ya investigating huh, what the heck are you doing here anyway, huh, are you just off duty or something?!” His chest has a beating rhythm, trying to not take one glance at the officer and tightly crosses his arms with his serious expression away from Scott's eyes.

Carp, what do I say next, Ahhhhh, I have like 5 seconds before I make good impression I wanna get out of here now, this is so awkward AHHHHHH-

Fahim's face turns warm, turning his face red and looking away at Scott, before things turn extremely awkward.

PicklePantry (Here is Fahim's response and also i will fix grammar or spelling later)

Suddenly, Fahim’s nose starts to twitch and hears a deep but rusty voice, he turns his head slowly to face a large man, which appears to have scars and no arm. he eyeballs at Zack and gulps

Wait. don’t tell me…h-he’s has gun, no-that can’t be right, oh carp I knew it, he’s here to catch me and take me back to Yume, I knew It I small a rabbit scent and the scars around his face damn it, I am screwed! He thought, as his body starts

to twitch quickly as his armpits starts to sweat. “Uhhhh…I-I am John….uhhh I am j-just wearing it as cosplay as Fahim…as bunny cosplay, uhh yeah-totally not Zombie bunny or anything heheheh, I think you got the wrong guy” he gives a huge grin at Zack and giving a deep fake tone to him.

He turns his eyes away from Zack and as he backs away slowly.

Okay not gonna lie but he bloody looks handsome for a guy who looks pretty injured and stuff, I mean-I think he’s married and I don’t think that’s possible for human to marry a Zombie bunny like me- yeah Nah thats not dev possible for bunny hunter sadly-hang on, he smells rather odd, is he not human or something?

he thought, as he slowly walks back while starring at Zack, not saying a word. Somehow his chest starts to beat but in a nice way, Fahim smiled softly at him.

(OOC: Yes I know Pet owner, it’s just Fahim misunderstood as Zack being a “Humanoid bunny hunter” because yes that exist in my story)

Zack Bradshaw PicklePantry

At first, when Zack heard the meek voice besides him, he ignored it. There was no question about animals as far as he was concerned, so no need to humor them. Even though things got quiet, he could tell the person hadn't left and grumpily glared at him, only to hesitate at what he saw. Bunny ears. Bunny tail.
The vampire blinked a couple times and straightened up. Adorable, he thought to himself, reminded of one of the fluffy bunnies in the store. Ah, he wanted to touch the ears. He was listening now.

"... We don't know each other," he answered with a heavy frown. He sighed through his nose. "We can try, though, if you want. My name is Zack."

(Sobs I was hoping you'd reply with her   )

He'd lost track of the times he'd visited her cafe. In fact, he must have already had everything the menu had to offer, and even knew some of her specials by heart at this point. It felt a little embarrassing being here so often, but it was always made worthwhile when he could see Evangeline. She was so cute, so adorable, and as sweet as her treats. He loved seeing her smiles, and every time she giggled around him he felt his heart get just a little faster.

Lately, he couldn't stop thinking about her, and decided that it was time he made his feelings known. He felt like it was futile, though, considering how drastically different he was from her. Would she want someone like him? Someone so cold and angry, riddled with scars? How hadn't she kicked him out yet?

Nevertheless, Zack stepped into the store with determination and nervousness. She was as peppy as ever. He felt almost ashamed that he might make her frown, but still said, "I... like you. I would like to take you out some time." That... didn't sound romantic at all. He hadn't done this in a while, he wasn't sure what the right words were. He assumed he'd find it along the way but...
She was stammering. No doubt this was so she could find the right way to turn him down. He braced himself for it, but to his surprise, she suggested times they could spend together. Was that right? Or was that a pity date? Zack hesitated, then decided to go with it anyway. "I'd like that." He couldn't help himself, he felt just the smallest smile slip out. "I can stop by later, if that's fine?"

 Evangeline confusedthing

(^ Omg I loved that qq and their last interaction was so cute I had to  )

"Oh, it's you again!" Evie beamed when Zack entered the cafe. Though he seemed... different, than last time. A bit more composed, with a set idea in mind, yet- bashful? It was just as confusing, though he looked a little less angry - but she was convinced that was just his face anyway. She expected another order, not so much what actually followed. Her ears twitched nervously as her face took on a darker shade of pink. "You know- I- I did not expect.. that." the bunny admitted, suddenly not knowing what to do with her hands and nervously fumbling with some innocent packaging that just happened to be nearby. "I- I don't mean that in a bad way, at all!" Evie smiled reassuringly. "It's just that I work so much I usually forget about these things, maybe you can relate..." why would he? She had no reason to assume he would, but maybe he would forgive her nervous rambling.
"You seem like a good person... a-and you are very handsome..." she looked down at her hands before taking a deep breath and looking back up at Zack. "I would really like to get to know you more, I just don't know when I can take some time off here" - the downsides to being your own only employee - "but the evenings are usually more quiet, especially on weekdays, so maybe, if you would like to come around one of these days I could cook something? O-or we could order food?"

(v that was so sweet, thank you so much! <3)

Candy ArtisticTiger

“Y-you have a crush on m-me?” Candy blushed behind the counter of assorted baked goods. His hair covered his face but you could clearly tell he was blushing. He smiled at sweet Evangeline. “Gosh you-your so pretty! This is so sudden, I’m not sure what to do.” Candy stood there awkwardly for several minutes as his brain made sense of the situation. Then with two swishes of his tail, he grabbed a pink cupcake from the display counter. He wrote his number on a slip of paper and stuck it onto the cupcake. “T-this is for you..It’s free.” Candy handed Evangeline the cupcake. “I-uh if you ever want to hang out sometime, I can take off work for the day..”

(Aw Evangeline made him all flustered )

Zahava | זֶהָבָה Spinebby

"Well, aren'tcha a cute lil' thang." Zahava let out a raspy chuckle. It was ironic she was calling him little, though they were the same height. "Crushin' on me?" Zahava didn't seem very flustered, she'd gotten confessions over the years and did flirt around quite a bit. Where they came from they were respected by practically everyone, and was a big magnet for pretty men and the ladies.

"Unfortunately hun, I don't think yer my type. But, I wouldn't mind gettin' to know ya." She rejected it quite casually, as if it didn't really matter much. "I like new people. Maybe we can go to a bar sometime. And who knows? Maybe I'll change my mind." Zahava winked playfully, then ruffled his hair, walking past and away.

Xeno Cherenkov junebuggeryy

"-OH!!"

Xeno's hair statics upwards in wild, electric brambles as the realization hits. Xe was never quite good at picking up on these things- it was only when flirting was direct, or plainly explained to xer in word for word mechanical English that it tended to click. Xe never would have expected the rough and tumble Sheriff to express a genuine interest- Was it the evening of hijinks? Was it the bomb xe threw out into the sand wastes? Was it the way xe marched out into the electromagnetic storm to get a proper reading, and they both got caught in the thrill of it? There's no way it was the punch xe threw, xe's flimsy at fighting even if xe has the spirit. Xe had spent all this time falling in love with the chaos of Jupiter's storms, that xe had failed to notice what else might be charging.

Xer face is flushed fluorescent while xe calculates a response. The people of Jupiter are durable, but radiation is still radiation. It could be fun, it could be nice to try, but xe isn't the one at risk of exposure.

"-I'LL TELL YOU WHAT!" Xe reaches into xer bag, and throws the Sheriff one raygun pistol, trusting her to catch it. The object is hand made, as evident by being held together through duct tape and oversized screws. "I CAN'T PROMISE ANYTHING, AND I SHOULD BE PARTING WAYS NOW- BUT, IF YOU'RE WILLING TO DANCE WITH A LITTLE RISK SOMETIME? FIRE THIS WEAPON INTO THE SKY, TOWARDS THESE COORDINATES. I'LL HEAR YOU, AND WE CAN SEE WHAT STORM COMES NEXT."

Ivan Vossen P0CKETKNIFE

Xeno was undoubtedly one of the strangest entities Ivan had confronted, but he couldn't deny xer rambles were intriguing. He listens passively as Xeno explains xer tinkering and creation of god-killing weaponry, and only winces slightly at the parts where xer static becomes overwhelming. It seemed to be something xe couldn't help when xe was absorbed in xer passions, so Ivan chooses not to mention the ringing in his ears. On the contrary, he nods in approval of xer fantastical plots, captivated by xer motivations and manner of speech. It's not long before he has the worst headache of his life, thanks to xer static and borderline yelling, but this was also the most entertaining conversation he'd had in months. It was a small price to pay.

That being said, a sudden realization hits him, or rather it's delivered to him verbatim. Xeno, in the middle of one of xer flights of fancy, let's out something about love and Ivan freezes. He can't tell if xer joking or how he's expected to react, so he only laughs and awkwardly tries to avoid eye contact. That feat was a bit hard to manage when Xeno was the most eye catching thing in the room, but he couldn't bring himself to face any kind of commitment. Instead, he faces the wall and tries to redirect the conversation back to xer usual favorite topic: pure chaos.

"So about your yogurt machine," he begins cautiously, his cheeks still red from xer previous comment. Really, he can't think of anything to ask about the bizarre contraption, so he settles on the obvious question. "Why?" And hopes that will be enough to distract xem from xer spontaneous love confession.

NV PicklePantry

NV stayed silent when Ivan spoke to them. For the longest time, they'd thought that he didn't know they existed, or possibly even hated them with how often he went out of his way to avoid them. They felt their heart skip a beat when he moved towards them, feeling honored to get a closer look at those dark eyes and that cool expression. Then they heard those words.

"... You want me to leave town."

Hearing those words uttered just hurt more, yet they kept reminding themselves they shouldn't have been surprised. This was a natural reaction people had to them. A shame, though. They had thought Ivan would be different. He seemed to know how it felt to have doubts and worries claw at one's mind, even swallowing up his real emotions and making him seem like an outcast. They had hoped they could both bond over something like that, but...

NV dug their hands into their hoodie pockets and tugged it. "I understand," was all they murmured before walking away.

sullivan muichiro

There were two things in common that the pair shared. One was their masks covering portions of their face. The next was the awkward stance between them. Sullivan had been moving through the northside of the forest, picking his way through the trees and darkness with no real destination in mind. Having decided to turn around and go a different direction, he'd come face to face with NV, who had apparently been either following him or somehow going the same direction. At first he isn't aware of what the other may be feeling, and he debates cutting through them and disposing of them. When he notices that they lack a fear of his presence and seem to only want to get closer to it, he holds his chainsaw close and doesn't go to severe them into pieces. There's something about the way they look at him that makes him hold back from it; at least for time being. Maybe he felt bad. Maybe he felt connected. Who could really tell?

His head lifting higher, he moves around them and begins to walk off, shoes crunching loudly against twigs and leaves.
"Don't follow me again." Are his parting words. Even if they felt whatever it was they were feeling; some kind of strange infatuation with him- he didn't want their company.

[@ np, he probably wont outright say he likes someone, but hes less like.. violent with people he might have a 'crush' on. if hes too difficult, feel free to pick any of my characters!]

Shirley Young junebuggeryy

"-What's your damage, anyway!?"

Shirley shoved him back, broiling with a red hot fury. She instantly recognized what kind of person Sullivan was. She knew that nightmare's gleam in his eyes, that edge in his voice- easily recalled the smell of a chainsaw's exhaust, the exact stains of rust in his shoes. These were all things the two shared, after all, even if the context for their presence were entirely different. They had to be different, didn't they? Sullivan was a threat. Shirley was a reaction. What did it mean, that their violence took on the same colors? The same hands stained with a chainsaw's gasoline, the same eyes that had seen too much horror?

Shirley knew, in a dreadful pit in her stomach, that lashing out at him could be the most dangerous thing of all. Her acts of revenge worked best after periods of silence, after blending in and allowing the slasher's guard to fall. Let them feel in control, let them think they're going to win. Confrontation went against this. Confrontation let him know, too early, that she wasn't playing by their rules. And of course he was going to hurt her. That's what people like him do. Nevermind that he, for some godforsaken reason, hadn't drawn so much as a knife against her yet. She was sure it was coming. What was taking him so long!? She knew he was capable of violence- the only possible explanation was that he was cooking up something especially gruesome for her.

"I don't know what kind of game you think you're playing, but fuck offI'm onto you! Get your jollies elsewhere or get bent, creep!"

Fuun / 不運 Spinebby

Judging by what Fuun had observed from Shirley it was quite peculiar that she would be interested in Fuun. But, at the same time it did. Their sadistic and troubling nature wasn’t exactly clear, so this gave them a very good outlet for some..fun.

“Oh? Me?” A smile began to form onto their face. It was quite warm, and sweet. They made sure to manifest all their inner sugar and love. If you’re going to mess with someone’s heart, you may as well be as nice as possible first.

“Oh dear,” Fuun blushed and fanned themself with a hand, acting as if they were flustered, and unable to figure out what to do or say. “I haven’t had much experience in the..romance department.” A high pitched giggle erupted from them, “But!” They gave her puppy eyes and softly took her hands. “I’m willing to..get some practice.”

Honeydew TypicalUkraine

Honeydew lurched back in surprise. "A-a crush, huh...?" She looked at the demon, a bit uncomfortable with what was said to her. "Listen, I uh... I'm not too...interested in people right now..." She paused for a moment, before turning away, obviously wanting to leave. "It was nice talking to ya Fuun, but I gotta go on a mission!"

And like that, she dashed off, sweat pouring from her face. "D-damn it... I don't think I should've responded like that..." Honeydew sat down, taking a few breaths in and out for a bit, just to calm herself. "O-ok... You can do this, 'Dew... Just approach them again, and just discuss what they said..."
