It was supposed to be any other normal day for Henry. Go to a museum, inspect it's weak spots and surveillance system, plan a path to break in and what time, and find out which artifacts were the most priceless and easy to obtain.
Except... he couldn't help the feeling he was being watched. Sure, he was rich and quite famous, which garnered attention from passing strangers. But this felt... different. He swore he could see the same dark haired man with the same strange horns nearby. And whenever he looked behind him, the person always tried hiding, either behind someone else or behind one of the many displays. His tail stuck out like a sore thumb though, which made it easy for him to spot the stalker.
He tried cycling through different possible reasons someone would be stalking him. Attraction was the most probable, he was constantly told just how attractive and elligible for marriage he was. Money was also possible, he was rich. But another reason jutted out to him in his mind. Was this person a police officer or detective, and were they on his trail!?
He tried his best to stay calm. Surely an officer or detective wouldn't dress like this and stalk him so out in the open! But at the same time, the outfit could be a disguise, a distraction from their true intentions. He's encountered stranger things than police officers being underdressed
Deciding to take the risk, he took a breath in and turned around to face him. The man wasn't able to dive behind one of the pillars fast enough before Henry walked up to him. "Excuse me, but can you stop following me?" he asked them. "I don't know why you're doing it, but it's making me quite uncomfortable. I'd like to politely ask you to stop"

@NP: Noir will most likely stalk someone either because he thinks they're an officer onto his secret or because he thinks following them will give him more information on how to steal a specific thing. His civilian name is Henry btw!

He abruptly stopped in his steps when the person he was following drew out her sword.
Ever since Noir noticed her in the city, he had a bad feeling about her. It wasn't uncommon for tourists to be seen in the city. But seeing her enter the police station, then a few days later start interrogating and asking other people questions made him more wary of her. The straw was when he saw her talking to the detective who was famous for chasing him, and he knew then that she was after him. He had started stalking her then, wearing a disguise so people wouldn't recognise him.
She thought she was just some normal officer or detective that came to the city to investigate his case. But seeing the sword completely destroyed that theory. He didn't even know if an officer was allowed to carry around swords like that! He was glad he was in a disguise, his civilian identity was popular enough that he couldn't dare do anything suspicious as Henry, but he needed to make up an excuse now, or else she'd know he was onto her.
He quickly produced a notepad and pen from his coat pocket and smiled to her. "Don't worry, ma'am! I'm simply just a journalist from the local press!" he told her, trying his best to not come off as suspicious. "We noticed you're working on the Baron Noir case, is that right? Also, do you know that even if you're working with the police force, it's illegal to carry a weapon like that unless authorized by them. And last time I checked, they don't let people carry around swords"
