so i figure i should make a beware after finding out they have ghosted someone else on payment for adopts they see on the trade listing and ghosting them for about over a week with no explanation as to why they haven't sent payment other than saying they have been busy.
over a week ago they offered $50 on an adopt i had put up on the trade listings
after i accepted their offer and sent them my paypal link to pay, they never sent payment.
i waited 2 days before msging them again asking them if they were still interested since they never sent payment and they said they were !
again, they didnt send payment.

i saw them offering over $100 on other people's adopts while they still have not sent the payment for mine so i msg'd them again
(btw they didnt send this person the payment either and the person sold the character to someone else)
basically a very vague answer/explanation and STILL had not sent payment so i ended up putting the character back up for offers and letting them know
to which they never responded.
recently i found out they had ghosted ANOTHER person on payment so that's what made me feel i should let other's know so they can be weary of them

and were ghosting them even though they were online
so its safe to assume they could have been purposely ignoring them

here this person got ghosted on payment on a custom tht was part
of a closed species ( mignyans ) to where they had to let one
of the mods know just in case nyu tried to get the mignyan approved anyways
even though they never sent the payment
and a person who would like to remain anon wanted to add that even after this
nyu was still actively offering on high priced designs (they offered on a design they had for sale for $110)
though a bit after they sent me this screenshot nyu has made a bulletin saying they are taking a break to better themselves
(edit: which they haven't and still continue to make the same mistakes, please just be weary when accepting their offers as they still haven't proven themselves to be trustworthy with money)
Thank you for the beware, i was contacted by Lucky being interested in a character from me, saying that they'll pay 1500$ payment plan, i was waiting for a month, with constant promises that they'll pay me, and when i informed them about the beware they said they "changed for the better" and are avoiding doing the same as in the bewares, long story short, they said they would pay me on the 3rd, ignored my message, then replied they will pay tomorrow. They didn't, they ignored me, and then said they had a rough time and that's why they didn't reply. I'm tired of them, their constant promises and everything. So please don't give them so many chances like i did, they didn't change, they WON'T pay you
It's honestly bothersome that this is a repeated pattern over a YEAR after my incident with them + the fact they acknowledged that there's an issue while continuously still causing said issues is mind blowing
at this point I feel like anyone that has an issue with them on site needs to send in a report ticket because they're clearly not in a good place financially to be messing with people who are also having financial struggles, it's a waste of people's time & worry.

I recently let them know there are many active Bewares on them and their reply was
——-I am aware of the bewares and I am trying to take a step back and not repeat it anymore then what’s been done———
After this they changed their name about an hour or two after the reply to me
As expected they have ghosted me even after giving them a 24h warning. This person needs to stop this behavior and changing usernames (possibly) in hopes that they won't get caught by new people. Thanks for updating the beware with the new username!
I had them hit me a while back as well for a $150+ design I really needed resale on; thanks for giving the updated usernames.
Webkinzkid For real... we exchanged messages when I confronted them about ghosting me, they used the same excuses as before and is fully aware of how shitty their behaviour is. Claims to be on a hiatus but I highly doubt that's the case.
