I didn't want to have to do this but they have left me no choice. Vampwolfie claimed many art game threads and has since not finished any of them to my knowledge. I noticed they were claiming and not filling so I contacted them about it weeks ago. I told them that if they weren't filled within the alotted time limit, then I would make a PSA. Pretty much all they had to say was that they'd stop claiming and it seems they have.
I have been claimed on several different threads by them and also fulfilled claims FOR them. On all of these threads, their spot remains empty as they haven't filled their claims, even with prodding from other people as seen here in the unfilled claims thread.
PaperTsubaki Has informed me of their personal interactions and are as follows-
"There's been a dispute between myself and this person in the past. They owe a ton of art including on my own thread and they asked for a freebie from me, to which I replied that participating on my freebie threads is also tied to whether or not you've played properly on my art games. I received these messages."
I responded "You're overdue on my aesthetic thread which is where we've tried to contact you with no answer which is what I'm referring to. If you've completed that claim, please edit your post with the completed version to lift the ban"
they responded:

Another user who wished to remain anonymous informed me that they were asking on their freebie thread as well but had pretty much the same response as Tsubaki.
And I'm not selfish, everyone can't do things on time sometimes but it will be done eventually. How am I not suppose to accept a freebie? It's free, it's open to anyone.
I'm sorry, I think they've claimed me before but didn't deliver although I could be wrong, it's been so long I've forgotten

They contacted me previously via PM asking me if I had finished my claim. I was unfortunately swamped with school work at the time, so I told them that I only had the linework done & would complete it soon. (But I do remember them mass claiming all the threads and that sent me red flags...) So I asked them, in the PM, if they ever finished their claim for the thread (Which I probably shouldn't have asked, but it felt odd to me that they asked about my status when they... never completed theirs...) (Can provide screenshots if needed!!!)
I'm probably gonna do the claim of the person Vampwolfie claimed instead.
I'll finish your claim by tomorrow since I'm already doing it next. I can't stop you though, I'll just file an unfilled claim no worries
Vampwolfie || Not to start anything... but... I'm not sure who you're addressing the message to? but I don't you can file an Unfilled Claim on a post you've deleted / hidden ? I think you should finish the claims you owe before you file an unfilled claim! I'd be happy to finish mine once you finish yours!
@L0VE_Inc Don't worry about them. In all honesty I think all you'd have to do is show the thread owner this thread and their threats and they would understand. If necessary, here http://prntscr.com/ku6ykg so they can't edit, remove, or block their statements.
It's not smart to threaten to report people for the very thing you're accused of doing, in the very thread you're accused of it in.
