See, this was a hate attack.
I didn't want to have to do this but they have left me no choice. Vampwolfie claimed many art game threads and has since not finished any of them to my knowledge. I noticed they were claiming and not filling so I contacted them about it weeks ago. I told them that if they weren't filled within the alotted time limit, then I would make a PSA. Pretty much all they had to say was that they'd stop claiming and it seems they have.
I have been claimed on several different threads by them and also fulfilled claims FOR them. On all of these threads, their spot remains empty as they haven't filled their claims, even with prodding from other people as seen here in the unfilled claims thread.
PaperTsubaki Has informed me of their personal interactions and are as follows-
"There's been a dispute between myself and this person in the past. They owe a ton of art including on my own thread and they asked for a freebie from me, to which I replied that participating on my freebie threads is also tied to whether or not you've played properly on my art games. I received these messages."
I responded "You're overdue on my aesthetic thread which is where we've tried to contact you with no answer which is what I'm referring to. If you've completed that claim, please edit your post with the completed version to lift the ban"
they responded:

Another user who wished to remain anonymous informed me that they were asking on their freebie thread as well but had pretty much the same response as Tsubaki.

Well, maybe the thread owner did? They must've didn't want me to claim any more things, because I didn't click delete unless the person below skipped me so I could repost my claim since that happened before. I have never been on forums before the claims so I wouldn't really know.
Vampwolfie || I'm not sure what you mean, but um, why would the thread owner delete it? When deleting is against the rules? (I don't know if thread owners can delete comments, never made a thread myself, so I wouldn't know) Plus, if they deleted your comment, I'd imagine that they would contact me! But I'm going to contact them and clear this up...

That happened in a different thread, sorry. But contacting the owner sounds good, since I don't really know what happened with it/.
Vampwolfie I don’t mean to seem rude, but if you couldn’t fulfill your claims, why did you claim so many? Most if not all, forum games have rules that state a time limit.
I didn't know at the time, that was my first time claiming any art games so I wasn't really thinking it through.

If the thread owner blocked them, that would delete/hide the post. Just noting from experience. I don't know if that's what happened, however. I can also see the claim above you is missing.
Alright, I think Vampwolfie realizes what they did wrong and we can do nothing further about the incident. They can feel free to update if they wish so on claims. In the meantime, I think it might be best that we leave it alone until there is something to update. We realize the issue, have discussed it and now we wait! No need to add further comments unless there is more that isn't already known, that's brought to light. Thanks to everyone for commenting!
