The requirements to begin designing are to be in/join the world and share the event in a bulletin, this will allow you to make a Natural Unixa or Lumimei or a Pygmy Everoskoir. Tagging one person will grant you the ability to make a Purified Unixa or Lumimei or an Original Everoskoir. Lastly, tagging 3 people will grant you access to 1 mutation or an Ethereal Everoskoir.
Yes, you can make a character for all three species, but you may not create crossbreeds. Please comment with the tags and bulletin here to claim, then use your comment as the MYO when submitting for approval . You have until May 1 to comment, but you can no longer submit designs after May 10.

VilmaMonster Tagging upgrades all of the myos ^^ so you would get access to a purified Unixa, purified Lumimei, and an original Everoskoir.
