my birthday is coming up and i want to get myself something nice >:3c

i have a character who is very dear to me and i want art of her. she's a fae (so her features tend to be delicate and elfy), she's loosely based on the mantis, and she's humanoid. im looking for an artist who is comfortable with feminine human anatomy and also with drawing monsters, especially insectoid monsters!

!! I have something very specific in mind regarding the aesthetic of the piece I want !!

so if I reject your offer it's just because i have such a specific idea of what i'm looking for. sorry!

Important Stuff:

i have given myself a budget of $300 for this. im not opposed to spending all of it on the right artist
i do not have a proper reference! i can provide piecemeal refs for specific features i have in mind, but there is no pre-existing art of her
she's a cool monster bug person, so please don't post unless you're comfortable drawing that sort of thing

I can work with no reference and with using pictures and/or descriptions for specific features, generally I ask for a fee of +50% of the base price for commissions like these.
