This has probably been mentioned before, but I think it'd be really nice to be able to search up certain keywords in the trade forums, so it's easier to filter out the threads you're not really interested in! 

I'd also think it'd be nice if we could subscribe to a tag in the forums so that whenever someone posts a thread with that specific word, you'll receive a notification. For example, if I subscribe to a tag that's the name of a closed species, any new thread that is made afterwards with the name of that species either in the title or their post will give me a notification.

A delete account feature is in the recode! Change username feature will be added, but the specifics and limitations haven't been finalized yet.

I think the current opinion of the mod team right now is that we want to offer mild NSFW tags as an option, but it isn't something we will be heavily moderating. We're still talking about this topic and how to deal with it right now. Basically, we'd like to support and offer tools to people to control their feeds and what they see, but at the same time the current way is really cumbersome for users and mods.

In short, not sure, but still thinking of ways to deal with the topic.

Forum organization is something we're talking about too! I'm not sure it will take the shape of a tagging system beacuse personally, I think it might be solvable with better forum organization (subforms, nesting, more forums, etc) and better user-forum tools (IE. past posts, created threads, subscribed thread feed), but we'll take forum tagging into consideration too.

I would really love to see some more levels to the blocking system! It would be rad to have some kind of "softblocking" feature where you can block people's posts but they can still post in your threads, ping you, don't get a message that they're blocked, etc.; basically a milder version of blocking to allow you some peace of mind! Like, I run a lot of forum games and other threads, so if I ever block someone then they'd suddenly be unable to post in any of those threads and it'd be immediately obvious that I blocked them. Aside from not wanting that to be so blatant so as not to prompt any vagueing or drama on- or off-site, just because I'm uncomfortable with someone or have personal issues with them doesn't necessarily mean I'd want them to be unable to participate in the threads I made!

I've heard of people blocking users just because their avatars bug them, too, so I think for really a lot of reasons it would be useful if there was a way to hide a given user's posts from your view without having to resort to full-on blocking them! The current blocking system is awesome for if you really want someone far away from you and totally cut off from you, but I think there are a lot of cases where someone's reasons for blocking aren't so severe or where they'd feel really unsafe the person they blocked found out about it!

This might have been said somewhere already, but I'd really love an option to switch out 'feed' and 'popular' on the front page.  Or possibly make it something you can add/disable to the front page like the other options, as well?  I mean I guess it's not a big deal since it's really just an extra click away atm, but I really did like the original layout of having both new characters and the recent overall most popular characters on one page.  
The feed option is a nice addtion for sure, but it's really not something I have much need for all the time, while on the other hand I do like checking the most popular more frequently.
If something like this were possible, I think having this option would be really nice, and also allow people who prefered the original setup to keep it as it was!

I love the idea you have about adding an option for fandom / canon characters. I'm part of a roleplay group that uses canon characters on another site and it'd be great to organize them here. I know some people can be sensitive about OCs and fandom characters being mixed though, but if there's a way to keep them separate, maybe even a feature to hide them for certain people, and so they don't pop up on featured characters it should be fine, hopefully. ^_^ 

Also, it'd be great to see this site become more mobile friendly in the future. It's a bit hard for me to navigate on my phone.

IDK if this has been added yet but could we possibly have threads automatically lock others hasn't been any activity after a certain time period? (i.e., 180 days with no posts) 

I'm not sure if anyone else has suggested this, but how about an option that if you were to merge two of your characters together, you could transfer one character's artworks over to another's profile instead of re-uploading them or creating a new profile altogether?

admin please fix the error when we try to upload too big character images - it still shows the error as "needs artist info"

I'd also think that a "species" subforum would be nice because idk if they belong in general hmm..
